Most people have heard of the Lord's Prayer--"Our Father who is in heaven . . . " A beautifully simple and eloquent prayer taught to us by Jesus Christ. It is the foundation of a Christian's prayer life, as it should be. However, did you know that biblical prayer does not end there? Did you know that a Christian can pray using the entire Bible? God's Truth, is filled with prayable promises? Promises dealing with healing, peace, wisdom, faith, and much, much, more?

In the book of Ezekiel, there is a wonderful account of God performing a miraculous feat using a valley full of dry bones. In the process, He uses Ezekiel to convey a message to Israel. However, was there a further message God was trying to send?
We are going through a difficult time. The truth be told we are at war. A war based on lies, deception, and misinformation. Is it a war we can win? Yes, but not without God.

Do you ever doubt what God says? I think every Christian has at one time or another. Let's see what God says about that.
Ephesians 6:10-20 speaks of putting on the whole armor of God and standing to face our spiritual enemy. However, that is not the entire message. It also tells us how to enter into battle. We pray.
When I need some encouragement, I pray these scriptures: Philippians 4:19, Philippians 4:13, 2 Timothy 1:7, John 15:7, 2 Corinthians 5:7, Psalm 3:3, Jeremiah 33:3, Psalm 34:1, 1 Peter 5:7, 2 Thessalonians 3:3, Psalm 27:13, Romans 8:31, John 14:27, Matthew 6:33, Proverbs 3:5–6, Isaiah 41:10, Hebrews 11:1.
God is separating good from evil, and the church is rising to the call. What a time to be alive.
You can be a Christian and struggle in the world as if you were not. There is a better way.
You have heard of prophecy and read about the prophets in the Bible, but did you know that you should desire to prophesy?
Do you live your life guided by the Spirit of God? Do you find yourself being double-minded and trying to operate according to worldly standards and those of God? It's not uncommon, but there is a better way. God's way.

Just before Jesus went to the cross, Pontius Pilate asked Him what is truth? In the world, truth is relative and largely depends on the stand you have taken. However, there is another truth. An absolute truth?
The Bible does not offer us a series of Holy Spirit inspired suggestions. The Word directs us to follow proven and trustworthy paths to a fulfilled life, relying on every Word spoken by God. A life full of love, peace, and the wonder of God's revelation.
We tend to treat God's Love as one of His attributes--His arm is strong, or His hair is white, but it is much more than that. It is who He is--the essence of who He is.
When you were a child, did you have a mother or father who could glance at you and tell something was wrong? It's common, even in the world. However, did you have a mother or father who would know something is not right without being near you? Now some would say that is not natural, and they would be right. Today we pray about Spiritual Discernment.
There is a point in time when we realize that God is waiting for us to do our part. His written Word makes it very clear that He has given us some responsibility and authority in our walk with Him. There are times when He expects the redeemed to say so.
Making a declaration based on God's Word. Sounds simple, but is one of the most powerful forms of prayer. This simple formula of taking scripture and declaring it boldly batters the strongholds of the enemy. Today, your prayer life goes to another level.
If you are anywhere in the world, the battle between good and evil is raging. Physically, you may be safe, but if you are a Christian, you are in the middle of a war. We are one body in Christ, and today we pray for victory over evil.
When I was young, I would pray, asking God to help me with various things that concerned me. My involvement in the process usually ended with "Amen" and quickly moved to more worldly issues. Years later, I realized through the help of the Holy Spirit that I was not living up to my responsibilities. We are all responsible for operating in the authority He gives us. He has all the power, but we need to activate His authority in our lives by presenting, speaking, and doing His Word in this world.
Words have power. Have you ever said something like, "That will be the end of me," or, "If they get sick, so will I." If you have, you may want to reconsider what you are confessing. On the one hand, God says in His Word that He will take care of you and He wants you well. On the other hand, the enemy wants you dead. Our words show who we believe.
What do you do when the world shakes? You answer, "You have to trust God." Unfortunately, that is sometimes easy to say and hard to do. At times, nearly impossible. Where can you go for stability and truth? There are many places in the bible, but one Psalm immediately comes to mind . . . Psalm 91.
Do you believe in God? There are times in every Christian's life when we question our faith. Do we really believe? Today we will talk and pray about that. ". . . LORD, I believe; help thou mine unbelief." Mark 9:24
Today we will be praying for patience. You quickly add, “You’re kidding, right?” No, I am not kidding. Patience is powerful. I know that seems counter-intuitive. How can patience be powerful? It is because patience causes us to rely on the might of the LORD. Letting Him bring what is hoped for into being. It is a key to answered prayer because it does not allow us to “work it out.” It disconnects a willful resolution from God’s perfect solution.
Welcome to Pray the Truth. I am your host Rod La Salle, and today we will be praying to overcome confusion in our country, state, and home. Why confusion? The President says it is time to open the country back up. You would think that everyone would agree that getting back to normal is a good thing, especially after dealing with a plague like COVID-19. Well, not everyone agrees on how to do that. Is it too soon? How long should we wait? Will waiting compound the problem? Is there an answer? Yes, and only one. . . Pray.
The mainstream media is trying to build a case for a defeated church, saying the number of people who believe in God is getting smaller. It’s not. The growth is beyond the four walls of the traditional Church. Its original purpose is being rekindled. God wants to bring His kids home, to provide for them and protect them from our enemy. Yes, we have an enemy, and he is behind the plague and evil in general. He is out to steal, kill, and destroy.
The world is in crisis because of the Coronavirus. Everyone is looking for answers and bringing every science to bear on the problem. Are we doing everything we can do? What does God have to say about it?
