On paper, it always makes sense, one struggling church and another struggling church, or perhaps three struggling churches become one. But it is not that easy, change and pain need to be managed. All mergers must be entered into with an intense season of prayer coupled with a Kingdom Mindset. While not impossible, it isn't easy.
