Maximus Carnivorous was born in Santiago, Chile. He first became acquainted with the B-boy LA underground Techno and House music movement in the early '90s. Music has always played an important role in Maximus' life he always knew he would be part of a Music Movement (in his case....the LA Underground).
Maximus became involved as a promoter at an early age for various events in LA. He became obsessed with finding his own sound, he became a connoisseur for Electronic music (House & Techno)
He is a storyteller, a vibe creator spreading MUSIC & LOVE through every journey of sound from a unique eclectic taste ranging from blues, reggae dub, disco, funk and house, and techno.

Nocturnal Wonderland was supposed to be this past weekend, like many of us Ravers and DJs we felt the pain of not being together for this once-a-year show that brings so many of us ravers back together where we belong!I am happy Insomniac events made the right decision to keep us all safe and I am grateful for the firefighters and people on the line that save homes, pets, and humans! God Bless them!I was scheduled to play at 2 AM for our CAMP OG after hours on Sunday into Monday the magical time. So as a DJ and music conductor, it was tough and I fell into a numbness and sadness of emotions that had me locked on the couch. Then my crown from my implant tooth fell off and had to run to the dentist to get it back on, so it was quite the rough week going into the weekend of Nocturnal.But CAMP OG being the unstoppable force they decided to do a Pop-up park party so that we could all be together, this was scheduled for Saturday and it went well with the same vibes we would have had at Nocturnal. I was given the opening set at 11 am and even though I was very happy to be included, I was also very bummed for my DJ peers and friends who were not able to play on Saturday.For me there is no higher or lower time slot, I treat them all with the same love and respect, by getting there on time, and being fully prepared to deliver some Fun Groovy Vibes!! It was a rough emotional rollercoaster as many of us felt it. so it was very nice to see and be with everyone on Saturday and share our energy as that’s what matters!!I present to you my 2 AM Nocturnal Wonderland CAMP OG after hours set, hope you like the energy on this mix and give it a like, give me a follow and share with your friends!One last thing, I have a new release coming out on all streaming and music services this Saturday 21st! Here is my set from Nocturnal Wonderland - Camp OG 2023 from 3-4AM.Every year our camp seems to be growing in high numbers with new kids discovering our style of Music.Feeling beyond proud to have had the pleasure of closing the camp on Friday into Saturday. Hell, even the Cops showed up to shut us down at 3:50AM just like the old days! During myset the grid went out on me for a couple of edits on the fly since I use cue's and loops to jump from within the tracks especially since some of the songs were recorded via records. Somehow I managed to correct them on the fly and thats the beauty of Unpredictable moments!
