Ordinary crimes and criminals are an ordinary law and order issue but overt and covert networks comprising of blue and white collar criminals, region, caste, secterian, institution based overlapping networks, involving common men who play their parts whenever occasion arises, involvement of people gets multiplied by geometrical progressions as per demand of circumstances in any given campaign or mission.. criminals are largely sleeping types all.rounders.
