Life is hard but with our hope in Jesus we can say “It is Well.” Join Dani, every month, as she discusses the well that God is for us and the wellness that God has for us. Dani loves to connect with people and will occasionally host some of her ministry friends as guests on the show. You will be encouraged and challenged as she shares stories from real life…the kind that make you laugh, cry, and shake your head. So, lean in dear friends as we journey together and strive to say "It is Well."
2020 is not a wasted year. The season you are in is not a wasted season. The circumstances you are walking through are not part of a wasted journey. They all serve a purpose in our story to ultimately give God glory. The righteousness of our lives is often brought about through trials, tests, and journeys through the fiery wilderness. I’d say that’s what 2020 has been. A wilderness year where we have had to be brutally honest with ourselves and before God about our true condition.
“If you only look at us, you might well miss the brightness. We carry this precious Message around in the unadorned clay pots of our ordinary lives. That’s to prevent anyone from confusing God’s incomparable power with us.”
2 Corinthians 4:7-8
Hi friends!
On today’s episode I am excited to encourage you that NOTHING IS WASTED about the wilderness year of 2020 that we have all been walking through. In today’s talk, we will discuss how this wilderness year has shown us a great truth about ourselves. Truth about what we believe in, whom we trust, what we focus on, what we’re scared of, and so much more.

Focusing Well enables us to release what is good to partner with what is BEST. God’s transformative power is then at work in our lives as He changes us in a gentle and kind way. We can be transformed through one idea, one word, one thought at a time and become more of who He has called us to be because we are more intentionally focusing on Him.
John 10:27 “My sheep listen to my voice; I know then, and they follow me."
Hi friends!
On today’s episode my friend, Cleere Cherry Reaves and I will continue the conversation of FOCUSING WELL. In today’s talk, we will allow the dreamer in each of us to be inspired while also tackling the idea of staying focus amidst busy-ness.

Hi friends!
On today’s episode my friend, Cleere Cherry Reaves and I will discuss the importance of FOCUSING WELL. Our conversation is a deep well of wisdom as we uncover the distractions of life, the way God cares for the dreams of our hearts, and the insight for shifting our complex mindsets one concept at a time.
Focusing Well allows us to cut through the distractions of life in order to look for God and find Him in new ways. It is then that we realize that God is using the places and positions we are in now to prepare us for what He has prepared for us.
Isaiah 26:3 “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you."
Our conversation was so rich that we’ve divided the episode into two parts!
So, jump on to PART 1 today to hear about how FOCUSING WELL can positively change your life today! Then, tune in again next week to hear Part 2 of this same idea. Hi friends!
On today’s episode my friend, Megan West and I will discuss the importance of OBEYING WELL. Our conversation is full of real life examples of obeying God in the midst of uncertainty, change, transition, and all of the things we told God we would “never” do. Megan shares so much wisdom about how our obedience impacts our relationship with God and the fruit that is born of our lives.
Obeying God may often lead us towards actions and service that looks counter cultural to the “norm” of the world. So, we must remember whom we serve and do all that we set our hearts and hands to in honor of our singular audience, Jesus.
Colossians 3:23-24 "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."

To heal well, we have to set ourselves about the everyday action of fixing “our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” (2 Corinthians 4:17-18)
We have to daily surrender our agenda, our will, our plan, our dreams, our hopes, and our future before Him and trust that He is good and that He is for us.
We must choose every day to surrender ourselves to the truth that His will is perfect, which far outweighs anything we could plan on our own. We must choose to surrender the dreams and desires that we have for our own lives and instead open up our hands to hold only what He places in them.
Hi friends!
On today’s episode I will share my personal story of pregnancy loss and my journey of healing. I believe that God is bringing me through this struggle so that I might reflect on it and share it for His glory; I pray that these words do just that. If you are yearning for something in life, a baby or something else, this episode is for you! The way that we heal from the loss and hardship of life shows a lot about who we are and the God we believe in.

Jesus is the only one who could ever truly hold my hope in the way that my fragile humanity required. Everything else in life is fleeting; life itself is fleeting. Everything in this world passes away. Nothing but Jesus can be our hope because He is the only thing that is constant and eternal.
So, tune in today to hear my story and allow it to relate to yours. Pull up a chair and grab your favorite drink…let’s just sit and talk for awhile. I pray that after today’s episode we are all a bit more prepared to say “It is Well” on our healing journey, no matter what pain comes our way.

I finally realized after walking with Jesus for over 30 years that He didn’t owe me anything and what He had already given me was really the only thing I ever needed. I realized that He didn’t owe me a baby or a sibling for my daughter or a wonderful husband or an eternity with Him. He didn’t owe me anything but He had already given me everything in Jesus.
God is faithful and He is true. He is constant and steadfast and mighty to save. He is good beyond our imagination. But His goodness does not mean that He is obligated to give you everything that you decide is good. He is the author of good and every perfect gift comes from Him. So there is a point where I believe we have to trust that if the thing we deem as good isn’t coming from Him then maybe it isn’t the good He has planned for our lives.
We have to realize that in the face of great trials and pain, we must have the courage and determination to press on, to keep straining forward, because we know and understand that Christ alone is our reward; and He has called us to persevere. By straining well we can uncover the will to say “it is well.”
Philippians 3:12-14 “Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”
Hi friends!
On today’s episode I will interview my friend in ministry Rachael Wade. Today we will talk through the importance of straining well in the face of life’s difficulties. Rachael shares very candidly about the strain and tension of being human. She shares openly about the struggles she has recently faced throughout COVID-19 as well as the racial tension that exists in our country. She speaks with such grace and wisdom about the steps that we can all take to be reconciled to one another and hold space for the hard conversations.

So, tune in today to hear from the Jesus loving woman about what it looks like to strain well in the midst of great trials, conflicting emotions, and surmounting tension. I am honored to share this conversation with you and pray that you feel challenged and encouraged. I pray that after today’s conversation we are all a bit more prepared to truly say “It is Well” no matter what comes our way.

God has something within each of us to reveal as treasure, but we must first confront our past, our present, our pretenses, our processes, and our prejudices in order to pinpoint our potential. We must confront the battle in order to be transformed by the renewing of our minds.
Romans 12:2 “Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is- his good, pleasing, and perfect will.”
Hi friends!
On today’s episode I will interview my friend in ministry PJ Yarbrough. So, tune in today to hear PJ's personal journey to mental health and wellness and its impact in her life. Anything can be an act of worship when it postures our heart to give love, affection, adoration, accolade, and attention to Jesus. When it positions us to listen to God, hear from God, and be transformed by God…it’s worship.
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5

A mission mentality is founded as we allow the love of the Lord to flow into and out of our lives like the smooth cadence of an easy rolling river. We must allow ourselves to be filled by The Well in order to live out wellness in our everyday lives.
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.” Deuteronomy 6:5

Hi friends!
On today’s episode we will discuss the idea of ABIDING WELL in the Lord. Allowing ourselves to be completely dependent upon the Lord in a DIY society seems absolutely absurd. Abiding well allows us to depend on Him in order for us to bear the kind of fruit that stands the test of time instead of relying on our best efforts that will eventually grow tired and weary. Tune in today to hear about the importance of abiding well in order to bear the fruit necessary to truly say “It is Well” no matter what comes our way.

The distractions and interruptions of life might just be an invitation to dance with God right in the middle of the mess and simply ABIDE right where we are with the very lover of our souls.
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5
Hi friends! On today’s episode we will discuss the idea of RETREATING WELL in the Lord. Life is hard and the demands are many; so, the rest must be regular and the retreating must be intentional. Retreating well allows us to steal away with the Father to be refueled for the race we are running. Tune in today to hear about the importance of retreating well in order to have the energy and clarity to say “It is Well” no matter what comes our way.

Retreating well is reconnecting with the purpose of our life, resting in the Father, and being restored in our bodies so that we are prepared for the demands when we return to them.
Psalm 16:11 says “You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
Hi friends! On today’s episode we will discuss the idea of MOTHERING WELL in the Lord. Mothering is a foundational component in the carrying on of the gospel. It is our responsibility to point our children toward Jesus above everything else. Therefore, we must allow ourselves to receive the grace of God in our mothering so that through His work in our lives, we can cultivate fertile soil in the hearts of our children. Tune in today to hear about the grace of mothering well in order to say “It is Well” no matter what comes our way.

The honest and vulnerable exposure of the work that God is doing in us will cultivate fertile soil in our children.
"Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”

Hi friends! On today’s episode we will discuss RESTING WELL in the Lord. Learning how to rest in Jesus is an essential part of our spiritual journey and one that may not come naturally to us all, myself included. Yet, when we truly learn to rest in the Lord we are better suited to fulfill all of the good works that God has prepared for us. Tune in today to hear about the importance of resting well in order to approach our lives with a posture of “It is Well.”

Rest is about us coming to God and receiving something from Him instead of doing something for Him.

Psalm 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
Hi friends! Today's episode includes a conversation with my friend and pastor Tommy Jones where we discuss the importance of fully accepting that we are MADE WELL in the image of God. In order to authentically honor God as a Creator of good things we must acknowledge that we are not mistakes but masterpieces. If we want to celebrate well we must first learn to accept that we are MADE WELL in God’s image. Tune in today to hear about the journey of accepting yourself fully to honor God and celebrate others.

Hi friends! On this episode, we will discuss the idea of CELEBRATING WELL in order to break the chains of competition and comparison in our lives. Tune in today to hear about the necessity of celebrating well in order to truly say "It is Well.”
“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:12-18)
God wants to reach into the hidden places of our hearts and bring healing and restoration beyond our imagination. He desires to create us as deep wells that can tap into the unseen resources that He has created for us in the provision of Himself.
