At 3pm on Thursday 7th January 2021, I am attempting to create a New World Record: Furthest Distance Covered on a Static Bicycle in 24 hours.
I demonstrate that we can all live to a greater potential by removing the glass ceiling on what is truly possible for our lives and society.
We need more people to challenge what we are capable of, and believe that we can be greater than we are today.

CHALLENGE 1: RACE ACROSS AMERICA June 2022 RAAM is one of the most respected and longest running ultra-endurance events in the world. • 3,000 miles of cycling • 12 states from the Pacific to the Atlantic coast of USA crossing the Rockies, the heartland of America and finally the Appalachians. • Over 190,000 feet of climbing, with temperatures exceeding 45 degrees Celsius • 18% of riders are female Peaks Coaching Group has been recruited to train Kate, with the target of finishing as the first female.

CHALLENGE 2: CHANNEL SWIM August 2022 Swimming the English Channel is deemed the “Everest” of swimming by many adventurers • Approximately 21 miles of swimming • Time to cross is between 7 & 27 hours • Water temperature ranges from 14 to 18 degrees Celsius • Only a bathing costume, swimming cap & goggles are worn • 37% of English Channel swimmers are female Kate is in conversations with researchers to explore the neurological & physical effects multiextreme sports has on performance & health.

CHALLENGE 3: SUMMIT EVEREST April/May 2023 The highest peak in the world • 8,848 meters in altitude, Everest sits on the border of Tibet & Nepal in the Himalayas • Over 7,000 people have climbed Everest • It takes an average of 2 months to prepare for & reach the summit of Everest • 18% of Everest summiteers are female Kate will be based in Kathmandu for 5 months prior to attempting the summit to optimise training & acclimatisation.
