Los Angeles-based producer Donald Paz (aka Dragga) uses his creative ability to construct soulful grooves blended with various drum & percussion rhythms sourcing from vinyl records and his personal collection of drum kits.
Taking from Motown Soul, Japanese Anime, Jazz, Soundtracks and other genres, he uses the knowledge and skills he’s acquired to create a unique sound that stirs the soul, just as music was intended to.
A catalog consisting of majority chill tempo Hip-Hop/Soul beats with an occasional upbeat House rhythm every so often, Dragga makes his personality and moods known through the construction and arrangement of his music.
An avid fan of technology with his philosophy based on Kaizen (Japanese for “constant improvement”), he takes advantage of its many benefits while keeping the core of his sound sequence true to the music culture he’s deriving from.
Staying humble and enjoying what he does, his hope is that his audience continues to pursue their calling in life, one-by-one, for his goal in music is not to get, but to give…
