There's power in walking away from a relationship that isn't serving you anymore. You leave worth your dignity, worth, value and honour. 1. It gives you space to evaluate the relationship and heal 2. You focus on yourself and on selflove. 3. You give the man tine and space to evaluate your worth and value to him.
In planning your spiritual calendar, I'd like you to know that we are not perfect, sometimes, you'd fail at doing what you planned to do in a particular day. The goal is not to give up entirely but to get back on track and discipline yourself to continue from where you stopped.
Below is a one month plan, it could be used to plan every other month of the year. Just ensure that your plan or goal is smart.
S = Specific M = Measurable A = Achievable R = Realistic T = Time targeted.

You pain is gain, your pain is valuable and not entirely negative.
