Thank you so much for joining my first of many podcasts.
Many of you may know me on social media as Janis Kay,Random Jan or Janis Jackson. I have many names and do many things. I’m a born entertainer, singing, writing,acting presenting and a little modelling. I’m a Gemini with ADHD I think, but I love to live and laugh, try new things every day and reinvent myself. Doing this podcast will highlight my lifestyle and hopefully make a difference to some lives, bringing you a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.
I believe to remain youthful, you need to understand your spirit never ages, the vehicle, your body somewhat does, but the key to a happy life is to give love and laughter whenever you can. The more you give of this, the more you get back. Everyone needs love and laughter in their lives, if they say they don’t, sadly it’s their choice to starve their soul.
Love and laughter lifts your vibrations for positivity.
