It's 2019 and the podcasting duo felt the need to ring in the new year by changing things up slightly, and talk at length about superhero movies...
Shayne and Tim share their thoughts on Spider-man: Into the Spider-verse and Aquaman. They stupidly adored one, while they thought the other one was just plain stupid.
Also - Shayne couldn't help but scream to the hilltops about his love for the trailer for Jordan Peele's Us.

Tim and Shayne take a break from Westworld (the best show on television) to see some new movies at the movies.
This week we check out Deadpool 2 and Solo: A Star Wars Story.
While Tim appears to have a pretty good time with both films, Shayne spends most of the podcast apologising for having an opinion that fanboys won't really appreciate.
"The Riddle of the Sphinx" is hands down one of the best ways one could spend 70 minutes of their life. Heck, we'd love to relive the experience of watching this episode over and over again for the rest of our lives. It's that damn good.

Tim and Shayne hit the ground running with their first podcast of 2018. We take a look back at our Top 10 best films of 2017...well, Shayne does. Tim tries his best and gets substantially paid out for his lack of film viewing in the previous calendar year. Don’t forget, we adhere to the Australian release schedule rather than that of the USA! So there’s that too!
“This is not going to go the way you think.” – Luke Skywalker
Truer words have never been uttered in Star Wars before and some fans are not going to like it. Writer/director Rian Johnson has shaken the universe and the Force will never be the same again.
Tim and Shayne, both devoted Star Wars fanatics, record their longest podcast ever to discuss every plot point, revelation and spoiler from Episode 8: The Last Jedi (although we're sure we've missed a few things along the way).
This is a risky and ambitious new chapter and we spell out exactly why we think this is the best possible course of action for the far away galaxy.
Synopsis: Luke Skywalker's peaceful and solitary existence gets upended when he encounters Rey, a young woman who shows strong signs of the Force. Her desire to learn the ways of the Jedi forces Luke to make a decision that changes their lives forever. Meanwhile, Kylo Ren and General Hux lead the First Order in an all-out assault against Leia and the Resistance for supremacy of the galaxy.

All DCEU roads have led to this one momentous occasion. Justice League is Warner Bros. long awaited (but hardly prepared for) response to Marvel's Avengers. Tim and Shayne were half optimistic that the studio could provide a worthy new super-team flick, given their recent success with Wonder Woman. So have the WB/DC alliance finally found their secret sauce?
The short answer: No. No they haven't.
The long answer: Listen to the podcast.
Synopsis: Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman's selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists newfound ally Diana Prince to face an even greater threat. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to recruit a team to stand against this newly awakened enemy. Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes -- Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash -- it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Film Synopsis:
In May 1940, Germany advanced into France, trapping Allied troops on the beaches of Dunkirk. Under air and ground cover from British and French forces, troops were slowly and methodically evacuated from the beach using every serviceable naval and civilian vessel that could be found.
