What started as a 30-day challenge that included a little sabotaging turned out to be the start of an entrepreneurial journey for Tiffany King, owner of Bumpers Cheesecakery. Included in her journey was the closing of GM Lordstown, where for 23 years, Tiffany worked on the assembly line.
