Stephan is an EXTREMELY ambitious young man, with a lot of potential, and a man with a lot of substance. Stephan is one of the most intelligent humans I know, and you too will understand that once you listen to this podcast between Stephan and I discussing different ideas and methods to optimize the time & opportunities you have. Stephan discusses different ways to put yourself out there to take advantage of different opportunities and being persistent in getting what you want. He also gives priceless advice on utilizing the different opportunities you are privy to, taking advantage of what you have (not in a sense of deception, but more of a utilitarian sense) things like friends and connections, as well as offering insight from a reasonable and intellectual point of view on the mental health crisis, he also provides advice on recontextualizing different events and experiences into a positive impact and lesson learned. Thank You so much for being a listener, it means a lot. I hope you take a lot away from this phenomenal podcast.

Had an awesome podcast today with the powerful and intelligent Ahasan. This dude has some great insight, a great story, and some funny jokes. Listen to this during a walk, in the gym, while chilling, if you're bored, if you want to get some tips and insight into the mind of 2 teens in America's largest highschool. Give this one a listen, you'll learn a thing or 2. (If you are short on time listen to it at 1.5X speed) Have an awesome day
Julian Szetela is my friend, we wrestled for two years together, and we are both what one would consider "athletes".
We talked about some pretty random things, he shared his (common amongst many) experience with quarantine, and we also spoke on the impact of self-defense/martial arts on how one functions, as well as a few other things.
Watch 'till the end and you'll find a nice surprise.
Julian will be on the podcast again very soon.
Have a great day. Stay encouraged!

P.S. Cut me some slack for these wack descriptions. It's a bit difficult because they don't really have a profession or career which describes them. Still in the beta phase.
Wear your mask. Only if you feel comfortable, I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable (lol).
Tasneem is a Zoomer from Staten Island, NY. We go to the same sPeCiAlIzEd HiGh ScHoOl, which makes us special(?)
