Some feathers shall be ruffled today!

Our industry is an amazing place to work, but lets face it - if we were to ask anyone to describe what a typical PT looks like then we would all have a similar person in mind

Running a trial offer for Personal Training services makes an awful lot of sense

It reduces the barrier to entry for the customer but importantly gives them a dignified way of leaving if the service isn't right for them (or you)

The downside to running trials is that they leave you open to putting in substantial amounts of work, only to be ghosted because the trialist was 'trying it on'

In this episode Chris looks at ways you can protect your business, set trials appropriately to the service you sell, and reduce your stress of offering them
