- Without a Will, the court decides, not you.
- Not Having a Will can make your probate longer, and your family or loved ones may pay for a bond, Any attorney fees.
Second Question, what are the benefits of having a Will?
- You can nominate who you want to benefit from your possessions.
- You can choose the Executor/s that will administer your estate.
- You can select the guardians of your children.
- Save money on lawyers and any legal fees with these legal forms.
- The benefit is you can make your will out anyway, as you like.
- Having a Will is the one way to keep less time in probate and keeps your family or loved ones from paying a bond or Any attorney fees.
