A husband and wife’s journey of navigating wrestling with current issues in a healthy way while not losing sight of "The Bigger Picture".
What does it look like to not only embrace the suck and face challenges head on but to actually chase after things that challenge us? Check out this latest episode. Be Blessed!
Certain agendas are not just being advanced but forced on the rest of the population and justifying violence to bring about compliance is embedded in the message. Many are drawing a line in in light of this. We address this from the point of reference that YHVH (God) gets to decide good and evil, and wrong and right. If that is the case, how should we be navigating this in the best interest of all according to the bible? Here we go!
In today's culture of "whatever I feel is reality" and so many people lost, hurting, and deceived, we wanted to touch on what we believe is a necessary subject to address and untangle. It's a heavier subject, but one we truly should be talking about.
So, we had an interesting interaction during a a family event this past weekend. Once we were done reeling from the stress of adapting to all that transpired, we decided it would be helpful to unpack all the nuance to this situation and share our experience. This is #reallife folks! Enjoy!
There is a lot going on in the world today, here are just a few of the current events and our thoughts. Would love to know yours too!
Piggy backing onto the last episode that shows how we got into this mess over the last two years, we discuss informed consent, the broken system, and natural options.

We're back! It has been two years since our last episode and SO much has happened. Thanks for continuing the journey with us!

Jason and I wrestle with the fact that no matter what people do to eliminate risk, there is always a trade off. Can all risk truly be eliminated? Listen and see what you think.
This week we ended up with a mash up of current events and our thoughts on them. Things are getting to a point where each of us is going to have to decide where our line lies. We will need to decide what we are willing to tolerate, and what we will have to stand against.
Is loving people the most when we allow them to continue on in harmful things because we do not want to hurt their feelings? What is that method of interaction actually saying about how we perceive people? That was the jump off point, and it went from there!
We want to take a minute to lay a foundation for why we are putting the discussions we normally have at home out there for others to listen to. We don't have things all figured out and sometimes end up with more questions than answers, however we keep moving forward little by little. We welcome you along this journey with us in hopes it will inspire you not to shy away from hard topics and always keep your perspective focused on the bigger picture.
