And one area that's getting some badly needed and overdue focus right now is mental health among the young: children, teenagers and young adults. They're trying to find out why, for example, one in every five Americans, 17 or younger is suffering from a mental, emotional, or behavioral health problem.

Former Portland Mayor Bud Clark is being remembered for making his mark on the Rose City. He passed away yesterday at the age of 90. Clark served from 1985 to 1992 went by the nick-name The Citizen Mayor, and known for his distinctive WHOOP WHOOP.
