Estelle talks to singer-songwriter Nessi Gomez about growing up on the tiny island of Guernsey to a Portuguese family. She shares how her teenage mental health struggles were the beginning of a quest to make sense of her ‘shadow-self’ through creativity. Her healing journey took her to Costa Rica, where she lived in a community working with plant medicine for three years. When she returned to the UK with her partner she wrote the album ‘Diamonds and Demons’ and since then she has been running the ‘Voice Odyssesy retreats that create a safe and alchemical space for finding our voices.
Estelle talks to pilates rehabilitation specialist, Reiki master, coach and plane crash survivor, Tulsi Vagjiani. Tulsi describes how when she was 10 years old, she lost her mother, father and brother in a plane crash. She tells Estelle about the severe burns which led to years of surgery, bullying and low self-worth. She describes her kidney failure at the age of 26 and how a vision of the Hindu God Krishna as well as meeting her Reiki Master, marked a turning point. She also describes the inner journey which followed and enabled her to find confidence, self-acceptance and a commitment to changing the world for good.

Estelle talks to photographer and film maker Deborah Anderson. Together they discuss the vital role art can play in creating positive change and Deborah’s own spiritual awakening which was preceded by a personal and physical crisis.
