Welcome to episode 56 of Chadd & Kristi’s Theme Parks & Recs Podcast. This week, we have all kinds of fun info about Walt Disney World and Universal Studios on this week’s podcast, including: Disney wants you to #ShareYourEars! It’s a charity initiative where you get to show off your Disney ears (including homemade ones) benefiting the Make-A-Wish foundation. There’s a new Wreck-It Ralph character meet-n-greet with Ralph & Venelope at the Epcot Character Spot at Innoventions West, plus there’s a fun, new experience at Epcot at the Image Works area at the Journey Into Imagination attraction. Universal Orlando Holidays celebration starts up this weekend (Saturday, November 17th.) It’s the return of Grinchmas, the Macy’s Holiday Parade, and warm Butter Beer!! A fan favorite event that normally happens in January at Universal Orlando is not happening this year. Instead, it’s being replaced by a big event that normally happens late summer.
