Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to identify, evaluate, control, and express emotions in an effective and positive way. An individual with high EQ is able to communicate better, lessen their anxiety and stress, resolve conflicts, improve relationships, empathize with others, and overcome life's challenges. Emotional intelligence affects the quality of lives because it influences human behaviour and relationships. Developing a high EQ can help determine our success, it can affect our choices by creating options we might not have thought otherwise or considered to be possible.

Emotional Intelligence is a person’s ability to understand their own emotions, the emotions of others, and to act appropriately using these emotions.

Emotional Intelligence never stops growing. Because we are always evolving as people, EQ is something that must be nurtured.

When emotions boil over: Emotions will go out of our control when we won’t take control over it because whatever happens in your day to day life it effects our emotions, over work load leads to stress, when we hear anything which is going to harm us our panic button will be press and we undergo into deep thinking or over thinking on that issue. If we are able to observe over emotions we can manage them if we are able to manage them we increase our self observation power and we react to any situation after analysis of the content.

To become Emotionally Intelligent person one must be able to be

Self Aware (Self confidence, self assessment and emotional awareness)

Self Management (Self Control, trustworthiness, adaptability, innovation)

Motivation / Growth Mindset (Commitment, Initiative, Optimism etc)

Empathy (Understanding others, developing Others, Service Orientation etc)

Social Skills (Influence, communication, conflict management, leadership, and change, building bonds, collaboration and cooperation, team building.): Art I s managing emotions, which involved specific skills, undergo popularity, leadership and interpersonal effectiveness.
