Every Monday night, a group of young adults gather to share some praises and prayers, and walk verse by verse through chapters of the Bible.
We cover a few verses from chapter 14, but talk a lot about big picture truths from chapter 14 regarding the weaker brother or sister.
We finish the last half of Romans 8, finishing out the chapter that has been called “the highest peak of a mountain range.”
We’re back in person! We work through chapter 4, pulling out what Paul has to say about righteousness and life by faith alone.
We explore deep and explore wide through chapter 3 of the book of Romans, which includes “the chief point and central place of the epistle, yea, of the whole Bible,” as Luther put it.
We walk through all of Romans chapter 2. Still doing Zoom studies. Excited to be back in person.
Our second time in Romans. We spent a much longer time than usual walking through each of these verses, sussing out what the text means and then drawing out the significance for our lives today.
Tonight we start a study through the book of Romans. Our goal is to be in Romans through August. We’re still gathering via Zoom, hence the audio and connection blips.
We walk through the final chapter in our Genesis part 1 study. After walking through chapter 25, we take some time in the last 25 minutes to share what God taught us through this study.
Our third time doing a virtual study due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Monday night group shares some praise and prayers from the week, and then works through the story of Abraham’s servant being sent to find a wife for Isaac.
We walk through the chapter about Sarah’s burial, discussing how this chapter connects to following Jesus today.
