I simply set up with it since companionships are intense. For what reason do you need to endure an individual treating you like an enigma and like they own you. For what reason be with an individual who is self-adjusting. Rather centered around giving, benevolence and will do everything human conceivable to keep the valuable companionship.

My depression stays in check because I do the following. I have #boundaries. 2. I take #naps and go to #sleep on time. 3. I have #supporters and #encouragement. 4. #exercise (#swimming and #weightlifting) 5. Eating #healthy foods that will give me #energy and not laden with to much sugar or salt. 6. I #travel (#staycations, taking planned #vacations,#solotravel). 7. I spend time alone just to relax ), clear my mind and do #positive #self-talk. 8. I am okay not being okay at times 9. I always have joy and my #faith in #God. 10. I read and #journaling You have to find what works for you. Yet, know not taking of yourself only makes things worse than they are.

Suicide is real. And it can happen too many age groups. In today's society we have to recognize that social media, bullying, having friends or lack of friends can impact young people in many different ways. also, they could be struggling from a home environment that is negative or maybe in a home environment where they feel they don't belong. However, the message has to get out that suicide is real and that this epidemic has got to stop

Or, where you have a higher power you have to do your part for things to work. You can't just believe that until you hear from "God" and that you don't have to do anything and you continue to wonder why your life is the way it is.

On Rolling with the Diva, today Sabrina's going to talk about homelessness and the many underlying factors that impact it. Mental health, drinking, substance abuse, domestic violence, suicide, grief and many other factors impact homelessness and how it relates to a person's psyche and how they see the world. Until, we solve what the underlying factors are in the world for homelessness we cannot solve the situation completely. Yes, there are those few that prefer to live on the street but that is not case for more than 65% of the people. It will take the community the churches families in the world coming together to solve this up and continually rising epidemic.
Are you focused on other's green grass? Stop it focus on your land, life and what you are given.
"Stop yourself. Once you realize you’re doing these comparisons, give yourself a pause. Don’t berate yourself or feel bad — just acknowledge the thought, and gently change focus.
Count your blessings. A better focus is on what you do have, on what you are already blessed with. Count what you have, not what you don’t. Think about how lucky you are to have what you have, to have the people in your life who care about you, to be alive at all.
Focus on your strengths. Instead of looking at your weaknesses, ask yourself what your strengths are. Celebrate them! Be proud of them. Don’t brag, but feel good about them and work on using them to your best advantage.
Be OK with imperfection. No one is perfect — intellectually, we all know that, but emotionally we seem to feel bad when we don’t reach perfection. You aren’t perfect and you never will be. I certainly am not, and I’ve learned to be OK with that. Sure, keep trying to improve, but don’t think you’ll ever be the “perfect person”. If you look at it in a different way, that imperfection is what makes you who you are, you already are perfect.
Don’t knock others down. Sometimes we try to criticize others just to make ourselves look or feel better. Taking someone else down for your benefit is destructive. It forms an enemy when you could be forming a friend. In the end, that hurts you as well. Instead, try to support others in their success — that will lead to more success on your part.
Focus on the journey. Don’t focus on how you rank"

I know we all are at least most of us want somebody that we can hold love and share a life with.. However, your life is more important and you need to be cautious when dating online. Last Sunday, I was told that a young lady that went to the Crossings Church was killed in online dating episode. Then the person killed themselves. We have to be safe we have to support each other and we have to understand that there are predators everywhere.
We all have a dream and we all want to reach our goals and live our passions in life. Are You a Blame Shifter? Or, I take full Responsibility
ake full Responsibility Do you shift the blame from yourself to others? You were told by your boss to complete a report and have it done by June 31st. However you decide to take it upon yourself to delegate to your co-worker because you have another project to finish on the same date. The Co-worker out of the kindness of their heart helps you with a project to the best of their ability. You receive the report and forward to your boss received the project. Unfortunately, the project was not completed to the standard you and your boss agreed upon. Who is to blame you or the coworker? We all can have times we are wrong thing and don't take responsibility, but blame others. Communication is key when it comes to working people and getting and giving instruction. When things don't go right, you have to take the responsibility not shift blame. Adam and Eve get this in the garden of Eden when they were told not to eat from the. Adam, and the serpent all shifted to play teach other God In His infinite wisdom knew the truth. . Learn skills today on the importance of not shifting the blame.
Forgiving doesn't mean that the situ.ation didn't happen in your life with a person. However, it does mean that you are forgiving them so that you can move on. Sometimes we can be friends with others and not having strings attached. However, there are times that we are friends with our ex-spouses, ex-lovers etc for the sake of our children is that possible?. It is far more important in life for me to see a smile on someone's face than to win a game of bingo. We always hear the term mental health awareness, but how does that impact our physical and psychological beings. In the psychological and psychiatric settings many providers believe that your mental health can be impacted by your physical health which therefore impacts your spiritual mind. there are differences in eastern and western medicine and the treatment of co-occuring disorders in individuals can vary. That could mean that a person can have diabetes and be depressed. Or, have a substance abuse and mental health problem. Today we will talk about each of those subjects and how we as a society can learn to understand and help people with mental health and physical disorders.

God loves us no matter what we do. Sometimes we find it hard to love ourselves and to love others, but we have to. Love is not an easy thing it can be violated, it can be mistrust it, and it can be abused, but God's love does not do any of those things. It's time for mankind to see themselves as God sees us and to stop all the hate. On tonight show, Sabrina will talk about what it takes to understand God's love in order to love others more than yourselves. Also, she will continue on with why she found that loving others unconditionally with a key to healing.
Join the diva and she talks about that God is always in the light even if it's darkness. sometimes in life we think that were in a black hole and it we can never get out because we can't seem to find a key to the door or the possible escape route. However, hold on my friends God is there you may not see him but he is there never lose sight that you are capable of succeeding and that you're more than enough. Sabrina will talk about in today's broadcast how she found darkness but there was light that overcame the darkness is she grew in her early childhood without her dad. Joy is for real happiness is a fleeting moment. It is important to be able to identify positive characteristics about yourself. Take the negative ones and identify what you need to learn and move on. And why it's important to be able to tell yourself and others and identify the talents that God has given you.
Do you ever wonder why people will push you to believe in what they believe in? Is it because they have a low self-esteem, have to be right or are narcissistic? Sometimes we will never find the answer to those, but we can learn to respond instead of react to the way people respond and react to us. Life is a journey don't get it caught up in other people's situations. Sabrina will talk about not getting caught up in the way that other people think and about techniques for meditation in the importance of meditation in your everyday life.
I wrote the "cloth on Decemeber 25, 2018 after waking up from a dream. We cannot and should not prevent others from making choices in their life. We are all on a different journey and God alone knows where the journey will end. Another door has opened for me. I am sharing my life story of Why Joy. It is a peace that is overwheliming knowing God has my back.

Blaque Diamond always wrote poetry and children’s stories as a hobby, and also as a form of therapy. She did not have an easy-going childhood, so writing was her way of escaping her harsh reality. Her teacher took note of her ability to tell a story and encouraged her to explore and develop her skills more. To Blaque Diamond, writing was her only way to express what she felt inside without saying exactly what was on her mind. Writing poetic proses and creative stories allowed her to make her voice heard through her own words.

Step Beyond. Being a creator of horror is not an easy tag to wear, most of
her friends think that she is a little weird and her best friend calls her creepy.

While acting as a Children's Choir Director, Appointed would write songs for the children of her choir to sing not even realizing then that she was a songwriter. Appointed participated in the launch of Fly Award Records, a label with nationally distributed titles and released a track called "Shine" as part of the Fly Away Records Compilation project titled, "Fly Away Records Presents Independents" with rapper Mic Won. His parents encouraged him to follow his dreams in music. He decided to join a band called “Hot Ice”.that performed in school talent shows in and around the Brooklyn area. Hot Ice matured in his high school years and decided to change the band’s name to Kingdom in 1975. They became a musical sensation playing at block parties, banquets, local night clubs, hired for weddings and birthday parties. They collaborated with well-known groups like Full Force, The Force MD’s, Grand Master Flash, and Paula Bryant. The band played together for fifteen years and traveled the Tri State area they were also invited to play in South Carolina. As a dedicated member for Twenty two years Dwayne is still active in and faithful to his church and the building of God’s Kingdom. Bishop Hezekiah Walker encouraged his ministry with scripture assuring Dwayne that if he continued to work for Christ, The Lord would sustain him and if he took care of God’s people and the church God would bless his home. His home and family are fruitfully blessed. She is the 1st Lady of Unity Ministries and she has been in the ministry of help for over 20 years. In 2013 at the age of 41, she received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Christian Counseling, Crisis Counseling, and Life Coaching. In December of 2014, she received her Master’s in Human Services with a specialization in Marriage and Family Counseling. Her passion lies in seeing women freed from their past, helping them understand God’s purpose for their life, and moving them forward in victory. Her future plans are to open a women’s home for domestic violence victims and their children
Princess Cockerham is a native of Miami, Florida. Since coming into the music & entertainment industry she has been known as Lady Princess. She is a 27 year old wife, mother, and teacher. She teaches high school students in Ozark Alabama. She has been singing in the church since she was 6yrs old. In 2008, she responded to the call of God to minister through song and she has been walking in her destiny ever since. She says that it is her 'gifting, passion, and calling to sing for the Lord' and seeing it impact God's people is her life's goal.

Minister Rhonda Bello is a Maryland native and loves the Lord, education, reading as well as teaching. She retired 2011 from the United States Army where she served over 24 years of faithful service. She is now less than 1 year from receiving her Doctorate Degree in Business in Administration from University of Phoenix. Rhonda holds her MA in accounting from University of Phoenix.
Rhonda Bello has also written an endorsement for a book which will release March 2015. She was also a contributing author in the book called, “You are called to Greatness”. Her first book was publishing June 2015 titled “Women of Yesterday for Women of Today, Platinum Series I”.
