Dr. Smith will share a collection of researched-based tips and unfiltered conversations about life issues. It's purpose is to enlighten our viewpoints on mental health and wellness. I've taken some time off but am back for another season of The MoveonPast Podcast. In this season (#5), I am covering conversations with fellow counselors and advisors in the areas of STRUGGLE and how to bear it, resolve it, and/or thrive in it. In this episode I talk with my associate Eva Herriman. We talk about counselors seeking counseling and what we look for in a counselor and how to best approach the counseling process.
