Today I was joined by Lesley from an amazing company called From Acorn to Oak With Love! They offer infant massage, baby yoga and baby sign group classes for all parents and babies aged between 0-1 years and 1-1 classes for children between 0-7 years with additional support needs.

As a qualified Midwife, first aid trainer, and mum to a two boys age 15 and 12 she's dealt with numerous first aid situations and emergencies. Lyndsey is passionate in her belief that everyone should know first aid as you never know when something will happen and it’s important that you have the confidence and knowledge to deal with the situation.
