An interesting interview with a community activist that assists Virginians with food insecurity issues.
A video podcast of a retired member of the clergy and a community activist. Caroline County's very own, Dr. David Upshaw.
The school nutrition program recently won an award. That award triggered this interview. We talk about a lot of things related to how our children are properly fueled.
Every week we plan to interview a different member of the county. We hope to interview a statesman one week, an artist the next, an entrepreneur after that and an athlete after that. We want to get people from different parts of the county geographically and culturally. This time it was Hip Hop, I am looking for a country artist next. We will go from Republicans to Democrats..we will vary in order to represent the WHOLE county.
So if you don't like Hip Hop...hang on. Caroline County VARIETY is the key word.
Our podcast will interview different personalities within Caroline County. We start off with the Mattaponi District Supervisor Floyd Thomas.
