The Balancing Act Podcast

The Balancing Act is a weekly podcast hosted by Francesca Irving and Alexis Hughes where the girls chat about all things business, babies, and life in general. So if you're struggling to balance running your business, bringing up your babies, and keeping your life together, come and join the the chat.

Francesca is mum to two year old Luna and runs Lunax, a marketing agency. In her spare time (I know, what spare time?) she runs a couple of e-commerce stores, so she is well experienced to not only talk about how to market and grow your business, but also how to start an online business from home whilst bringing up a baby.

Alexis is mum to twin girls Milena and Phoebe and runs Mila and Pheebs, a children's stationery and craft subscription box business. As a busy mum of twins, Alexis has had to run her business with limited childcare, but she has made it work - and you can too!
