In Episode 10 of A Fresh Cup of Fitness, hosts Jessica Danger and Brittany Marsh welcome Sanctional athlete Amanda Hardeman. Hardeman competed with Team Conjugate in Regionals before moving on to compete as an Individual. Now, with qualification changes to the CrossFit Games, Hardeman and her husband re-structured their life and made a game plan. Since then, Hardeman has qualified for the Reykjavik CrossFit Championship and also the Mayhem CrossFit Classic in January. She shares how she is training and eating, and her hopes for the rest of the season.
