The idea of a Jewish Nakba, that parallels the Palestinian one, is the subject I'll be exploring in this episode. Did it take place in the way described? Jane Roche is a contributor to the book Murdered by the State: Involuntary Euthanasia in Plain Sight. In this interview, Jane describes the events leading up to the death of both her father and sister, during the Covid era. Jane successfully sued the hospital where her father died, over the neglect he suffered, and is involved in an ongoing case regarding the lack of treatment provided to her sister, and the role midazolam and morphine played in bringing about her death.

In this interview Jan Kumar describes the horrific events leading up to the death of her father, Dr Vijayakumar. Dr. Kumar went into hospital in July of 2023, complaining of chest pain. Instead of being treated, he was placed on an end of life pathway. He was denied oxygen, his normal medications were removed and, in the words of his daughter, he was ‘sedated until he died.’
Jan also describes her battle for justice, and how the hospital, the police and the courts have conspired to stop the truth from coming to light.

Today I am honoured to be joined by my friend, Jo, who has just begun palliative chemotherapy treatment for cancer.
Jo has been deeply involved with spirituality for at least the past fifteen years. In this interview she discusses how she sees her condition in the light of this. She talks about what it’s like to be potentially facing death, whether she thinks the cancer ‘manifested’ or not, and what it’s taught her about how to live.

In April 1947, the United Nations Special Committee on Palestine was created to come up with a recommendation for the future of the region. This recommendation would then be voted on by the General Assembly before seeking endorsement by the Security Council. If such endorsement was granted, the Council would then have the power to impose its will, either through sanctions or direct force. That was the theory, anyway…

Tim Freke joins me to discuss the metaphysical philosophy he's been developing over the past several years. Tim is a 'spiritual teacher', in that he has spent several decades guiding people on introspective journeys into an examination of their own consciousness. He did this within an 'idealist' framework, which places consciousness as the foundational property of existence. Over recent years he has come to question, and ultimately reject this position, contending that a better account of life, spiritual experiences, and everything, exists.

Up until the 1930s, Zionists in Palestine engaged in a policy of Havlagah, Hebrew for Restraint. This essentially meant to abstain from retaliatory violence and collective punishment. Only the guilty could be held responsible for their crimes.

The clioquinol hypothesis explained all the features of the SMON syndrome that had made it appear to be a virus. Its tendency to appear in hospital patients, to cluster in families, to afflict medical workers, and to break out more heavily in the summer—all of these reflected the patterns of clioquinol use. It also explains why SMON had been a particularly Japanese phenomenon, as sales of the drug were much higher there.

Jeffrey Veidlinger is attempting to explain how these horrific massacres arise, and more specifically, how they draw otherwise normal people into looting and murdering their own neighbours. This is the situation early Zionists were faced with: both a long history of persecution and an immediate crisis. Theodore Herzl reasoned that whilst anti-Semitism showed no signs of abating in Russia, it was also likely to increase in the West, due to the influx of Jewish refugees. Integration had been tried for over a thousand years and failed. The only solution to the Jewish problem was therefore a Jewish state.

The idea that the Jewish people should or would be restored to their homeland is not present in Christianity for its first fifteen hundred years. The book is called Doppelganger, because Naomi Klein considers Naomi Wolf to be hers. Apparently these two ladies are often conflated, but whereas Klein broadly supports government COVID policies, Wolf couldn’t be more opposed to them, seeing them as part of a nefarious plot to do away with civil liberties and introduce a bio-fascist regime. Klein considers Wolf to be in ‘open warfare against objective reality.’

It’s a high bar, but the vaccination program was possibly the most contentious aspect of the whole COVID-19 era. Lockdowns inevitably end, masks can be taken off, but being compelled to have something injected into one’s body—for many people this was an affront too far.
For others, the refusal of a seeming minority to embrace science and undergo a demonstrably safe, effective and minor medical procedure, spoke to a selfish ignorance in that portion of the population.
A tension was established, from which a certain divisive nastiness was birthed.

The consequences of lockdowns were as brutal as they were predictable. The United Nations warned of ‘multiple famines of biblical proportions’, that would kill ‘hundreds of thousands of children’, whilst Oxfam cautioned that ‘the economic crisis is potentially going to be even more severe than the health crisis’, moving half a billion people into poverty.
How could this be justified? Only through the claim that lockdowns would save more lives than they cost. Absent evidence, this is simply a gamble, so was it a gamble that paid off?

As a CIA Intelligence Officer, Dr. Michael Scheuer ran the Agency's Osama Bin Laden Tracking Unit, known as Alec Station, from 1996 to 99.
In the years after the September 11th attacks, Dr. Scheuer became famous for many of his views on US Foreign policy and criticised the Clinton and Bush regimes for failing to assassinate Bin laden when they had the chance.
This interview was shocking to both myself and my co-host Adam Fitzgerald, as Dr. Scheuer entertains the possibility that the 9/11 were assisted from inside the US Government, and ‘inside job’, but rejects the common position that the CIA’s Alec Station played a pivotal role in this, by withholding information on the hijackers from the FBI. Neither of us currently know what to make of this.

When compared to the controversies of excess deaths, accusations of manslaughter, life changing vaccine injuries and the inhumanity of lockdowns, the issue of mask mandates may seem like a relative triviality. If they helped ‘stop the spread’ then great, and if not—what did we really lose by trying?
The deeper question raised by mandates however, is at what point is it acceptable for one group of people to impose medical interventions upon others? Is it after a certain amount of scientific evidence of efficacy has accumulated? Is it when a certain level of popular consent is attained? Can it only be done after a thorough study of potential harms? And what about the very nature of mandates, to what extent do any unintended and adverse effects of mandating behaviour need to be taken into account?
This raises the further question: if mandates turn out to have a counterproductive or even harmful effect, what sanction should fall upon those who imposed them?

Zandra Lewis was a registered nurse and Director of Abbotswood Nursing Home on the Isle of Man at the time the COVID-19 pandemic was announced. In this interview Mrs. Lewis gives her account of what happened when the Island’s government took direct control of Abbotswood, during the early part of the COVID era. Recovered memories strongly influence various subcultures; from conspiracy theories, to a belief in past lives, right through to alien abductions. So are they reliable? Psychologists claim they are not. They say the boundary between memory and fantasy is much more porous than we take it to be, and it is entirely possible to rebrand fantasy as memory, up to and including inventing entire chunks of our biographies. Meanwhile, some psychotherapists believe they are regressing clients to childhood, where they can recover long repressed memories of abuse, and that doing so is an essential part of a healing process. Do either of these possibilities sound even remotely plausible?

Whatever effect the naval blockade ultimately had on the outcome of the war, it of course did not succeed in bringing it to a swift conclusion the way people believed and Churchill implied it might. Gerry Docherty and Jim McGregor contend this was because it was deliberately porous on the level of bureaucracy. They describe this as a conflict between the Admiralty, who wanted to institute an effective blockade, and the Foreign Office, who did not.

Dr. Kevin Corbett qualified as a nurse in 1986 and worked on Britain's first purpose built AIDS unit. He went on to do doctoral research into patient’s experiences of HIV tests. This research led him to reject the paradigm that AIDS was caused by HIV, and to become cynical of the viral origins of disease in general. In our recent interview Dr. Meryl Nass claimed people died in COVID drugs trials due to the use of toxic doses of hydroxychloroquine. Prior to my interview with Dr. Nass. As part of the due diligence I did what I could to interrogate her claim. This led me to the YouTube channel of Dr. Dan Wilson (Debunk the Funk). Dr. Wilson is a microbiologist who produces videos debunking what he sees as spurious claims about COIVD. Very handily, he’d produced several videos debunking Robert Kennedy JR’s book, The Real Anthony Fauci. I say handily, because Kennedy addresses the question of hydroxychloroquine toxicity and draws on Dr. Nass’ work, so I thought this should be perfect. What I found I determined to be worthy of its own podcast.

Dr. Meryl Nass was a key figure in bringing to light that toxic doses of the drug hydroxychloroquine were being administered in medical trials—with lethal effects.
In this interview I ask Dr. Nass whether the deaths caused by such trials were substantial enough to significantly impact the excess mortality rate. Dr. Nass also addresses the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, as Dr. Fauci’s preferred antiviral remdesivir, and the vaccines.
We then talk about how Dr. Nass has had her medical license suspended, been subject to a psychiatric evaluation, and the deeper agenda lurking behind COVID.

By the turn of the twentieth century, and much as with Nicaragua, American corporations were consolidating large landholdings and lobbied the US government to protect their investments as they ran into conflict over issues such as peasants rights. The first US military incursion took place in 1903 and occurred consistently over the succeeding decades. Because the country was effectively controlled by American fruit corporations, it was the original inspiration for the term ‘banana republic.’

The United States now moved to block the Nicaraguan government from putting down the rebellion. They employed the same tactic that had been used in Hawaii twenty-seven years earlier, forbidding the Nicaraguan soldiers from firing on the rebels for fear they might hit American civilians. US Warships then deployed Marines to enforce this order.
The quote, ‘When history is written, the contras will be folk heroes’ is from Elliot Abrams, Ronald Reagan’s Assistant Secretary of State and major architect of the war with Nicaragua.

The Panama Canal was Theodore Roosevelt's pet project. Panama was then a province of Columbia, albeit one with an active separatist movement. Columbia was reluctant to give the United States the kind of control it wanted over the canal zone, requesting ten million dollars to cede sovereignty. Rather than pay up, Roosevelt had a different solution in mind.

As soon as a global pandemic is announced, not even when its effects are noticed, just when it’s suspected of being on its way, human systems don’t stand still, they move to adapt. These adaptations can themselves have profound effects on things like the mortality rate.
The question I think we should all be asking is: to what extent have we lived through a pandemic and to what extent have we actually witnessed a democide - mass death enacted by the state?

A lot of media figures are talking as if they’re inside the Russian President’s head. From this position they are able to both explain his motives and diagnose his psychopathology at the same time.
Such speculation is fine as far as it goes, but what I find more valuable is to understand the historical context in which this conflict arises. Heal the World is a kind of nondual spiritual book, written in a really down to earth relatable style. I would suggest this is one of David Icke’s strengths as a writer, the ability to talk about spirituality as if he was having a conversation down the pub.

And so on April 24th 1898 the United States and Spain went to war over Cuba. There was no need for the U.S. to enact conscription as it would do in later wars, Spurred on by a belief that Spain had murdered Americans on the USS Maine, hundreds of thousands, maybe up to a million young men volunteered.
There were substantial American commercial interests in Cuba, mostly agricultural and in railways, totaling around one and a half billion dollars in today's money. Cuban rebels were talking about that most dreaded of things—land redistribution.

Hello everyone, this is another abridged interview from The Darkened Hour podcast. Adam Fitzgerald and I were speaking with David Chandler, who is one of the principle physicists proposing a controlled demolition took place at the Twin Towers on September 11th. I spent time collating all the criticisms I could find of David’s work and attempted to put them to him. David attempted to talk us through the issues in a way that we, as non-physicists, could understand.
I wanted to start by finding out a little more about David’s background, so he explains how he first came to see the United States as an Imperial power.

Is there a sense in which we are all born into a cult—the cult of the State? This all consuming entity that promises to educate us, to protect us from danger, to look after us when we are ill and provide for us when downtrodden.
Conspiracy however, much like spirituality, is a broad church, containing people who are chalk and cheese to each other. Indeed, a lot of people who clearly hold a broadly conspiratorial worldview would be aghast to be labeled conspiracy theorists. In much the same way, a lot of people involved in Advaita Vedanta or Zen Buddhism may not relish the term spirituality, with all the fluffy New Age connotations it contains.
Could it be then that coercive policing is actually generating far more crime than prevents? Could it be that if the police suddenly popped out of existence, society would quickly reorganise itself and find far more effective consensual solutions to crime?

Whilst at the point of recording, the term Conspirituality is exactly ten years old, the phenomenon is no doubt timeless. Whatever the forces are that yoke these two areas together, they are imprinted deeply in the human psyche. The prominent modern conspirituality theorist, David Icke, is expressing essentially the same themes as the Cathars were in the middle ages and the Gnostic Christians a thousand before that. I’ve presented a model where the red pill of conspiracy theory can shatter our sense of indoctrinated consensus reality and give us the freedom to start to see the world more as it actually is. If I’m not wrong then we all must agree there’s some sort of giant conspiracy going on, one which is antithetical to human well being. We all live inside Philip K. Dick’s Black Iron Prison, just some of us have much nicer cells. That then sets the foundation, the context, for any discussion on individual conspiracy theories.

In one form or another vaccine mandates are intruding into all our lives, so I guess we need to be talking about them. But how to engage with such a complex medical topic?
I’ve recently read Dissolving Illusions: Disease, Vaccines, and the Forgotten History by Dr. Suzanne Humphries and Roman Bystrianyk. In this episode I’ve attempted to extract the essential arguments which are so obviously true as to be self-evident.
Dr. Humphries is a conventionally educated medical doctor who was a participant in conventional hospital systems from 1989 until 2011 as an internist and nephrologist. She left her conventional hospital position in good standing, of her own volition in 2011. Since then, she’s been furthering her research into the medical literature on vaccines, immunity, history, and functional medicine.

The title of this episode, Do Mention the Reptiles, is a play on Chapter 2 of David Icke’s book, The Biggest Secret. It’s title is Don’t Mention the Reptiles. Icke is referring to the advice he received to leave all mention of shape shifting lizard people out of his book—obviously for fear it would discredit him and his wider work.
I am also suggesting we do mention the reptiles—just not in a purely literal way. Be shocking! Do mention the reptiles at dinner parties! To the extent that we don’t do this, mythology arises anyway, just unconsciously so. It flares up into conspiracy movements where no effort is made to have any awareness of a boundary between the mythic and the physical, or to even acknowledge a mythical realm exists.

Marci Peterson has a fascinating story of overcoming trauma through a psycho-spiritual journey ultimately involving a near death experience. Throughout her life, Marci has had profound encounters with a non-human intelligence, presenting itself as alien beings, who have acted as teachers for her.

Fiona Robertson returns to the podcast to talk about her latest book, The Dark Night of the Soul. In this episode we catch up with Ramzi Yousef, the mastermind of the 1993 World Trade Centre bombing, as he flees to Pakistan and then the Philippines and plots to bomb multiply airplanes in flight. A plan known as Operation Bojinka.
For those who see 9/11 as principally an Islamist plot, Bojinka is often presented as the template. Adam assess this claim and contrasts it to Operation Norhtwoods, the US Government's plan to fake a shoot down of a civilian plane to justify an invasion of Cuba, which those who see 9/11 as being an 'inside job' point to for a template.
Claire Broad has been a medium for over twenty years and is the co-author of 'Answers From Heaven, Incredible True Stories of Heavenly Encounters and the Afterlife'. In this interview I put to Claire many of the concerns people have about the dangers of contacting spirits. In the 1960s Michael Graham travel to India to become one of the first Western devotees of Swami Muktananda. Over the next thirty years he immersed himself in Eastern Spirituality, meeting and studying with a plethora of gurus and teachers, as well as becoming a teacher himself. All this came to a conclusion when an unexpected encounter with Jesus Christ led him to become an Evangelical Christian.
In this interview we explore that journey and the cognitive shifts it entails. Michael has the kind of critical insight into the Eastern traditions that a person can only find when they been deeply involved and then jumped ship – seeing from another point of view. I explore with him themes around 'Existential Rest' and how he conceives of the difference between the Christian concept of Salvation and the Eastern concept of Enlightenment. Whether you agree with Michael's ultimate conclusion or not, it's clear he has a lot to offer spirituality inclined people of any tradition.

I sat down with Daisy Bray to speak about her work bringing spirituality into massage through the Meditation Massage program created by Debbie O'Shea Freke. Daisy explained her own journey of an initial embrace of, followed by disillusionment with Eastern and New Age spirituality. She then talks through how she was sucked into an Underworld Journey through the dark night of the soul, leading to an eventual spiritual awakening.

An interview with Dr. Joachim Schnackenberg about his work with people who hear voices. Dr. Schnackenberg is a consultant for hearing voices and recovery in Germany and a researcher, supervisor and trainer in Experience Focussed Counselling with Voice Hearers (also known as Making Sense of Voices or Working with Voices) primarily provided in the German and English language.
We discuss the approach of 'listening to the voice' discerning its message and seeing it as ultimately either benevolent in nature, or at least with the potential to use the experience towards a positive end if the experience remains considered negative despite an attempt to work constructively with it, no matter how malevolent it may appear.

Who were/are the Sufis? What makes their spirituality so unique? Where did their mystical Islamic philosophy come from? What role can Sufism play in the world today? These are the questions we discuss in this dialogue.
Tim wrote 'In the Light of Death' in an effort to link the perennial philosophy with bereavement therapy. Now with the book back in print I ask him bout his experiences working with the dying which influenced its writing. We also discuss the mounting evidence from near death experience and after death communication research and how this changes our relationship with both death and the deceased.
I ask Tim about his career as a writer, how he got into it and how it's developed over the past twenty years (and thirty-five books!). We then get into the nature of creativity and it's relationship to the deep conscious space within us. This is a discussion of value to anyone in engaging in any creative endeavour.
The term 'Guru' has become synonymous with abusive relationships and ego inflation, when not so long ago the Guru's of the East were held in such high esteem. In this dialogue we look at all that's wrong with the concept of a Guru, as well as attempting to sift out the positive aspects that can be salvaged an incorporated into a healthy modern spirituality.
In our first dialogue I ask Tim all about Zen Buddhism – where it came from, what distinguishes it from other forms of spirituality and how it's been interpreted in the West. We look at Zen as not being one thing so much as being 'chalk and cheese' to itself, containing authoritarian teachings as well as iconoclastic rebels.
