Kai McKinney and Tommy Hillyer have been entrepreneurs for as long as they can remember. A year ago, the duo was part of the founding team of Launchpad OSU, an event where college students were able to build and pitch their own businesses during the course of a weekend. Now, they are building HELM, a challenge based hiring platform that helps businesses hire based on skill-not the old fashioned resume. A junior at Ohio State, Jack Hutchinson is not your average college student. He is the president of Business Builders, one of the university's largest student organizations. While serving in that role, Jack has been named "Best President" among those who lead student orgs within the Fisher College of Business. He has also led the club to a "Best Programming" distinction. In the classroom, Jack has been named a Fisher Pacesetter, which is one of the university's highest distinctions for undergraduate students. As a fierce competitor and leader in the Columbus entrepreneurship community, Jack shares his insights on how students can go above and beyond to prepare for the career of their dreams.
