Atara Estes of Making a Mark is here to engage you on intense topics that are impacting our homes each and every day. If you are not going through any common issues then you know someone that is going through a struggle. I am a certified Community Health Worker and consultant, Youth & Community Consultant, Crisis Counselor and so much more. On my show, I would like to address the ongoing stress and anxiety caused by COVID19.

•problem-solving skills and connection to community services/resources
•building resilience now and for the future

I will host webinars and live streams on not only on health and wellbeing but other topics that will give us options to just get away from all the serious talk. Sometimes we just want to find other ways to cope through the common struggles and just find ways to move forward.
