How well your mind works dictates how much joy you experience, how successful you feel, and how well you interact with other people. No area of your life is untouched by your thoughts! In this edition of the TIME with Fred Podcast, I discuss this topic with my special guest, Tommy Newberry. Tommy is the author of the New York Times Best-selling book, The 4:8 Principle. Vanilla Busters are men and women who refuse to settle for an ordinary, mundane, risk-free life. They have made the resolute decision to abandon the security and safety of the bleachers, and to enter into the dangers and glories of the playing field. It's about giving up small dreams and bite-sized ambitions so that we can take hold of dreams and ambitions big enough to make our stay on planet earth worthwhile. It's refusing to allow someone else to do our risk-taking, and daring to live life at full throttle. It's about saying "no" to vanilla, and shouting "yes" to life.
In this edition of the TIME with Fred Podcast, Dwight Edwards dicusses why we need to say NO to Vanilla.

In this podcast, I get to share my thoughts on overcoming limiting beliefs and unlocking your mindest as a guest on the Motivational Podcast.
The Law of Attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person's life. This is based on the idea by aligning our thoughts with the right belief systems, we can attract into our lives good things— like improved health, wealth, and personal relationships. A key component of the philosophy is the idea that in order to effectively change one's negative thinking patterns, one must also "feel" (through creative visualization) that the desired changes have already occurred. This combination of positive thought and positive emotion is believed to allow one to attract positive experiences and opportunities by achieving resonance with that law. In Christianity, it is called faith. In Psychology, it is described as cognitive reframing techniques. In this edition of the TIME with Podcast, my special guest, Abimbola Awotesu (@DearAbi) and I discuss Finding Love through the Law of attraction.
In this interview, my special guest, Oumar Dieng, shares a compelling story of how he came face to face with machete-wielding locals ready to attack his family in Mauritania. Listen to this podcast, as Oumar shares his powerful story and lessons about how our experiences, both good and bad, shape who we become in life!

He was miraculously found alive by rescue workers with multiple fractures, a massive brain injury, and barely breathing. The light of day was something he always took for granted. Within ten minutes of being rescued, Joe was buried again under the debris of the second collapse…the North Tower.

Why is should we care about it? What can we do to avoid its harmful effects in the workplace and community as a whole? With me to discuss this timely topic on the next edition of the TIME with Fred Podcast, is Marilyn Markham, Head of Service Excellence, for American Express Global Business Travel.

Heather Moyse is a 4-time Olympian and 2-time Olympic gold medalist, but she is not your typical Olympian. She didn’t grow up dreaming of going to the Olympics. In fact, she didn’t start taking sports seriously and lifting weights until she was 27 years old when she was suddenly faced with the challenge of learning a new sport and competing in the Olympics five months later.
According to Heather, “This alone demonstrates the fact that no one was ‘born’ to do anything. It is our choices that determine the direction and story of our lives! “
Heather lives by her personal motto, “Believe in the possibilities,” and inspires audiences with her life stories and her life philosophies. From the small Prince Edward Island town of Summerside to the top of the Olympic podium, Heather has been described as Canada’s best-ever all-around female athlete and has accomplished the unlikely not once, not twice, but multiple times by believing in those very possibilities.
She is an engaging speaker who feels that the best part of winning two Olympic gold medals is that they have afforded her a platform from which she can now inspire and empower other people to reach their own potential –her real gold.
In this edition of the TIME with Fred Podcast, Heather shares timely lessons from her Olympic experience, and her latest book, Re-defining Realistic.
