After the incredible news of a new world record at parkrun, Nicola and Mark share Danny's interview with Lauren Reid as well as sharing all of your achievements and arbitraries from the past week. This week Nicola and Mark share in the achievements of parkrun Australia and celebrate the new With Me Now clubs. Mark astounds Nicola with his vocabulary once again, whilst Nicola gets lectured for negative thoughts from a surprising source!
