A space to listen to different voices every week and learn from them. Everyone and everything is welcomed in this podcast, so get ready to listen and enjoy people's passions and experiences.
Today we're talking about love. Whether you're single or in a relationship, I hope you'll get something from today's episode! Our lovely guest today is Erin, @egsgarms on Instagram, who talked about her own experience doing long distance with her partner, the advice that she would give to anyone experiencing it at the moment, and a lot more! But we also talked about being single in your 20s, the pressure that society puts you on, both for enjoying while you're young, and for finding a partner, and how the pandemic has affected those who weren't in a relationship.
It was a very interesting chat that I had with Erin, and I hope you'll like it! And as always, I would love to hear your thoughts on the topic (or on any topic tbh), so you can message me on instagram!
And if you listen to this when it will be uploaded, tomorrow is Valentine's Day, but it's also another Sunday, so I hope that whatever you decide to do -whether you celebrate or not- you'll have a lovely day!
I'll see you in the next episode!

TW: eating disorders, food, weight
Hello!
I'm still here! I've just been extremely busy and haven't been able to upload weekly...But today I'm bringing you the very last episode of 2020 where we will be talking about eating disorders; to raise some awareness on them, to be able to understand them better, etc. And for that I have the lovely Emily from @eatwithcare on Instagram to talk about her own story struggling with an ED (also check out her new web page!)
We talked about many important topics (apart from eating disorders) including obesity, fatphobia and intuitive eating. So, even though it can feel uncomfortable sometimes to talk about this, I think there needs to be more conversations because of that particular reason.
As always, this is just an informative podcast, if you or someone you know need help, please contact a professional. Here are some helplines if you need them:
Happy holidays and happy new year!

Hello lovely people, I'm really excited for this week's episode because I got the opportunity to chat with Charley Ann (https://www.instagram.com/charley_ann_/) who is amazing, and the perfect guest for talking about everything body image related.
It's a long episode but it's so worthy to listen to it all!
Trigger Warning (TW): -body image, gaining weight, losing weight, counting calories, eating disorders, sizes-
We talk about body image throughout history, the body positivity movement and why most of us should call ourselves allies, the importance of normalizing gaining weight, the diet culture, some of Charley's fav people on social media, and a LOT more!
I really hope this episode will inspire you and will make you learn something new, because many of the things that we talk about in here are not usually discussed on the media, which then cause as a result a lot of ignorance and lack of awareness around these topics.
Also check out Charley's Youtube channel! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC97yzbLOotyodb9Ultv0hGA
Some of the people that Charley mentions in the episode (you can check them out on her stories on Instagram):
I hope you have an amazing day and I'll see you next week!

This week's episode is a long one but a really good one!
I will be joined by Madi Walters (https://www.instagram.com/madiwalterss/), a fashion marketing student who will be talking about everything you need to know to understand what sustainable fashion is, what's the difference with fast fashion and why is it so important to educate yourself on this topic. We'll also be talking about ways in which you can be sustainable while having a small budget, and we'll talk about some of Madi's fav brands that are doing the right thing in terms of sustainability!
I think today's topic is one that everyone should know more about, so I hope you'll learn something new and that you'll get inspired to be more conscious while still being stylish af.
Have an amazing week!

Talking with people that are passionate about what they're doing is one of the things that I love the most, and that is one of the reasons why I started this podcast. Today's guest is Tara, a photographer who transformed her hobby into her career, and learnt how to balance work and play. I feel like the worst thing that can happen is to lose interest in something you really enjoy doing, so I loved being able to listen to what she had to say about that. ALSO, she will be giving some advice on how to take better pictures, so do not miss that and write it all down!
This is Tara's social media, go check out her work and follow her! https://www.instagram.com/theboyandher/
I hope this will also change the perspective that society tends to have of people that work in the art industry.
I hope you'll enjoy it, and I'll see you next week!

Hello everyone!
Today's episode is a really good one! Creativity is something both my guest, Saskia, and I are really passionate about, and I think a lot of people would benefit from listening to our advice on how to face the fear and be able to put your work out there, or just be able to get out of your comfort zone. Creativity can come in many different forms, it doesn't have to only be drawing, making videos, writing..., it can simply be changing your style in clothes.
I really hope what we talk about in here would help some of you, and if it does, please let me know!
And don't forget to check out Saskia both on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/saskiaorr/ and on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrzqlkdsU-qzzDqKmTrqixA

Ello! In today's episode I talk with Jordan Walker (https://www.instagram.com/jordantyana/) about her teenage years dealing with mental health issues and bullying. We also share our thoughts on what should change in high schools and with teenagers so they can have better experiences. Overall, she talks about what she wishes she could tell her younger self right now, sharing some advice that could benefit a lot of people.
I hope this episode will resonate with you and will make you analyze how you see mental health issues. And remember that change is possible and that recognising that you need help is not a sign of weakness.
I'll see you next week! xx
