What would be the JOY Element in your life?
A serie of conversations with well known people, and others who we should get to know, on two specific questions: How to stay zen and serene during the crazy times of our lives? and How to keep a joyful heart no matter what?
These people will share their wisdom and tools, in all simplicity, each in their own way, in every episode.
Linda Leclerc, founder of the Canadian School of Laughter Yoga and of the HAHA Sisterhood is bringing us next to her during these conversations to inspire us to find what is the JOY Element in our lives!
Enjoy!

Today's episode features my dear friend Ale B — Alexandra Bulchevich.
She's an essence expert, brand integrator, and self-described "Creative Director of Life." I like that she describes herseld as an expert in "The Art of Making Distinction", an ESSENCE-ologer! And she really is!
Originally from Argentina and living part-time in New York, she helps people awaken and express the brilliance already within them — through style, image, personal branding, and creative direction. Her mission: to help you see yourself, be seen, and step fully into your own unique presence.
I'm constantly amazed by her creativity, her courage, and her light, and I feel so privileged to call her my friend.
She is beautiful and fun and wildly talented. It's impossible not to love her!
P.S. Did you know she has her own line of beauty products?

At a time when many people are feeling worried and preoccupied by all kinds of political, climatic and economic issues, I suggest we turn our attention to something essential and wonderful: Our bodies.
In these turbulent times, it's even more important to focus on what's GOOD, what's BEAUTIFUL, what's going well (although sometimes, well means "as well as can be expected given...").
So let's take a tour of our bodies and give thanks... with a smile!

We are staying in the same family with this episode!
Meet Patrick Bailey, Michele’s husband (Episode 23).
I would say that Patrick has a stressful job. His business is not an easy one!
I will forever be grateful for something he generously did a few years ago.
He helped me at a time I was really struggling. I was dealing with my friend’s estate in Toronto and I was alone in her big apartment, packing her things, crying my eyes out. Really, that was hard.
Patrick came with his truck and helped me get rid of the giant (and heavy) custom bookcase and shelves and then brought so many things to donate and recycle!
I tell you, he was a saviour! A generous and selfless one.
Here’s his JOY Element.

This episode is very special to me because you will meet a very special woman: Michele Bailey.

You see why now!
Michele is the founder of The Blazing Group, a brand and culture agency born of her stategy-first approcah to business, flair for sharing stories and desire to enhance employee wellness while pursuing business goals.
She also created My Big Idea®, an interactive program highly valued by leaders of organizations who understand the value of linking culture, brand and marketing to drive business growth.

Sometimes, life is sending you a gift. That's how I felt when I connected with Lisa Pepper-Satkin.
Lisa and I were in the same Facebook group. I posted something about my podcast and she responded.
I didn’t know her and while we were preparing for the recording, we found out that we have A WHOLE LOT in common! We both knit, play djembe, have orchids in our office! And that's just a few obvious things!
She is a warm and caring executive therapeutic coach and she lives in California.
I keep thinking it’s too bad we live so far away from each other because she is the king of woman I’d go out for coffee or do retreats with! (As a matter of fact, we just might end up organizing one together!! HAHAHA!)
She shares deep thoughts with us here and I’m so very grateful we spent that time together and record this for you.

Meet Marisa Ferrera, a very wise and caring woman.
Marisa's mission is to empower heart-centered women who struggle with conflict and drama in family relationships to calmly and powerfully speak up for themselves so they can create healthy, loving boundaries. Istn't that an important mission?
I remember feeling deeply calmed by her soft voice while watching her videos many years ago as we both were doing a video challenge. We had to speak about ourselves and Marisa's calm voice was very soothing. I could totally have a feeling how great of a therapist she must be!

“We are Devine Humans, capable of feeling and experiencing way more than ever before. This awareness leads to an increase in Empaths and Sensitives, which has lead us to an epidemic of mental health issues like never before. People are unable to ground themselves in this reality and confuse their feelings with with the energy around them. My want is to bring understanding and the skills to help us navigate this incredible Universal shift. This magnificent planet needs us to become awake to assist in the maintaining of our journey here.”

This woman has a job I certainly would not be good at! A very stressful one. Andrea Bobkowicz is a wealth advisor - and a real good one! She has been involved in many organizations on top of dealing with the market! I met her through a mutual friend as she was taking care of her investments. When my friend needed her help for something, she was there to help and she kept helping me with the estate. A wonderful human being! We spoke on the phone for months before we were actually able to physically meet... at my friend's funeral! A generous and funny woman indeed.
Enjoy!

Meet Nisha Coleman, writer, storyteller, musician and actor. But mostly a beautiful. powerful and sweet woman!

Nisha's book, Buskers, Stories of the Streets of Paris, is her story! In 2005, Nisha travelled to France to be with what she hoped was the love of her life. Instead, she stayed three years, playing her violin and finding a new sense of passion for music and her own independence.

My guest in this episode is my dear friend and HAHA Sister, Gail Choate. This woman is really an inspiration! Talk about willpower, focus and reaching your dream! I just love her!
Terry DiMonte has been the voice who woke me up for many years! Morning man for over 30 years - can you believe that? 30 years of not sleeping enough but still being the cheerful first voice you hear in the morning! A great guy! Funny that I "know" him for being involved in helping raise money for charitable organizations (The Children's Hospital Foundation where I worked was one of them) as well as for all the enthusiasm he sprinkles on his morning show, playing classic rock and loving it!
For the last 30 years, Terry DiMonte has been the most popular radio voice in the city of Montréal. Terry was born in Verdun and grew up in the West Island. He began his radio career with the CBC in Churchill, Manitoba, then on to CITI FM in Winnipeg. In 1984 he returned home to Montréal as the morning man for CHOM FM. For the next 24 years he experienced a run as one of the highest rated and most likeable personalities in Québec.
