Prof Sope Williams-Elegbe is a Professor of Law and the Head of Department of Mercantile Law in Stellenbosch University, South Africa. Her areas of expertise are public procurement, anti-corruption, commercial and development law. She has written four books and published over 50 academic papers and has consulted for the World Bank, the OECD, the UN and the EU. She has also trained public officials in several countries in public procurement and anti-corruption law. She believes in showing up for God at work and is deeply committed to helping people understand how much they are loved by God and how much divine power is available to them. She mentors young women and her students and is striving to be the best version of herself. She has two fabulous daughters and one adopted daughter-friend.
