A 15-year Microsoft veteran before joining Sound Planning in 2014, his broad experience in global business development and owning large international events give him a deep understanding of the complex needs of our clients. In addition to his leadership abilities, humor and passion for the attendee experience, he brings a combination of creativity and critical thinking to every project. Rob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from San Diego State University, where he met his wife. Together they enjoy travel, music, and anything related to food and wine.

Dress for Success is an organization with the mission statement, "...to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life". Welcome to the first eventcore360 episode!

On today’s episode, we talk about how building event tech is similar to building a house. A strong foundation is crucial for the construction of a building, and that is no different for the construction of a registration site!

As the daughter of a contractor and as someone who is building her own house, Ann knows the importance of asking vendors/suppliers the right questions and having an idea of what you know you want and what you don’t want.
