In our podcast we answer the question “Can moral dilemmas be solved by Legislation?” Our answer to that was somewhat complex as it was both yes and no, so we had decided to answer a second, similar, question being; “Can moral dilemmas ALWAYS be solved by legislation?” Which was a very clear no for us, which was backed up by the mere existence of the civil war which we explain.
