Brought up on Death metal. Discovered acid and Tangerine Dream, radically altered my perception of music. Heavily influenced by classic Detroit Techno and Ambient music. Love a good soundscape, soundtrack or a splash of classic Electro. So my style is pretty eclectic! My tracks are made on a mixture of analogue and digital synths. I also use field recordings (sometimes heavily manipulated) that I have recorded on my travels. My intention is to create an immersive sound experience with a mobile mix.
All my tracks are free to download from my bandcamp page. I warmly welcome comments on my tracks and I will always respond to comments left. If you are interested in discussing my methods, sounds etc or just chat about music / production feel free to inbox me. I greatly appreciate helpful comments with regards to production / mastering as I am learning all the time.
My latest track. A dark number keeping to the brief of the compilation of "dark energy". I structured the track around the moody chord progression of the bass line. I wanted to keep the other layers discreet and subtle. There are 3 sections to the track, building to the intense drone like ending which uses an insidiously increasing delay to create a large Soundstage. This is a dark ambient number that I did for the latest S27 netlabel 10 year anniversary compilation. A 2 volume collection with some top quality music on that you should definitely check out. Strap in and have a listen, it's gonna go deep!

I wanted to work with more layers for a more mechanistic style. Hence the 303 in one channel and the arp in the other. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Hope you dig it. A long overdue upload. The next album is finished now, just waiting on the release, stay tuned =] This track is me experimenting with different percussion. A bit of voice manipulation (took me forever to chop, fiddle and arrange it so that it worked!) And voila a bit of a dark number ///(;,,;)/\\
Long overdue an upload, here is my track for the Touched 3 album. The album was released to raise money for Macmillan Cancer research. Those of you who know me will know why this is so close to my heart. A more upbeat number with the usual Audraulic trappings. Hope you dig it. After a brief Hiatus (I have been busy, stay tuned my friends)I bring you a classic Audraulic style dark ambient track. The original drone is made from a field recording of a helicopter (and a bit of jiggery pokery!) the vocal sample is a time stretched sample that I chopped up and the rest is just me doing what I do. Feel free to comment. Sit back, strap in and hold on, it's gonna be a long and weird ride! =]
My latest offering. A cheeky little ambient number. I wanted to do an extended piece as it has been a while since I last did. I centered the track around the cello and got to work with some atmospheric background sounds using standard hits and lots of reverb. Hope you like it. Please feel free to comment. Enjoy =]
After a long hiatus due to the death of my PC. I have returned! I have built a new 64 bit rig and had to update a lot of software etc. Suffice to say it's a bit of a nightmare. Anyway here is the first track I have made on my new rig. It's a more upbeat number with the usual Audraulic trappings. I hope you dig it. Please feel free to comment and enjoy =]
A track I made for the mighty S27 record label. Spent a lot of time "playing" (automating) the effects on this one. Track and layers came quite quickly, but effects and mixing...well that's a different story! Hope you dig it =]
This is one of the ambient tracks from my new album. It began life as an intro for a track and was just a few notes. But as with all experimentation it began to grow and I just kept adding layers. Next thing I know I'm looking at a 10 minute monster! Anyway, with this track I tried to capture a retro sound and a more encompassing soundscape feel to balance out the album as a whole.

After a large summer and much traveling, I am back! Here is a new track that will appear on my next album. It is a chilled number, structured predominantly around the arp. Has the obligatory large strings and I squished in a spot of subtle 303 for good measure. The sounds in the background are from (believe it or not) a field recording I made of a stream with the birds in the trees. Hope you like it. Feel free to comment =]

A nicely chilled spacey number that will be on my next album. Featuring a unique synth made in absynth and a lot of phase and delay! Hope you like it. Feel free to comment =]
This track features a synth that I constructed using Absynth. I based it around 2 live field recordings and a bit of jiggery pokery! My concept with this track initially was to create the atmosphere of a futuristic street, but as the track progressed and my ideas with it, I came to realise that I wanted to capture more motion and action in the piece. Hench the later sections. The name comes from a thought I was having that if as humans we are always dreaming of nirvana, but what does heaven dream of?
Panthalassic, the water world. Based around a field recording of the ocean on the rocks, I wanted to construct a foreboding, yet relaxing feel to the piece. Hope you enjoy =]
