It was 5 days after 911 and Carnival brought us happiness in a dark and scary time. The ship was half full and we had no idea what to expect. We arrived at the port in Mexico and were met with armed guards carrying riffles.

But People on the ship and at every port were just trying to enjoy life. It was a weird time, the ship was half full and all we could do was to just stay positive. This is why the Sensation will forever be a vessel we hold dear in our hearts. Please enjoy the video and let us know what your favorite part was.

Hi there, thank you for choosing my podcast to listen to. Today's episode is all about what you absolutely should not do when trying to be consistent with the growth of your podcast. I was not recording regularly on my podcast and then I wanted to dabble on too many other platforms. I had no idea that I should absolutely not do that.

Then I realized in order to make a change, I had to make a change...lol. It was just that simple. No one was coming to to tell me to straighten up and fly right. I had to get my butt in gear or it's game over. I decided to focus on what I needed to do to be consistent. Now I'm uploading weekly and praying it stays that way.

Hi Hun, this is part 4 of my series on learning how to deal with and survive a narcissist. In today's upload I'm addressing how it's a pretty awkward, uncomfortable and down right disturbing feeling one can develop when finding out that you are in a relationship with a narcissist.

Then you may not even realize that your only role in the relationship, is to serve as the narcissist's supplier. What that means is, you are giving a form of payment to be in the relationship with the narcissist. They look to you for thei benefit only.

When someone is in need of lots of attention, need to vacuum and suck up all of the air in the room. Never takes into account others feelings and opinions.

What you say in a conversation can determine the complete outcome of a situation. Know who you're addressing and understand the challenges you're facing with confrontation. Getting someone to look at themselves with fault or sometimes finding fault in self, can be quite confusing and upsetting. Other times there's no fault at all, just the stress of life can cause people to response badly. We all have triggers and don't really know what they are, until it's activated.

I truly believe content creators and anyone who has a business, did their due diligence and pivoted in major ways, that the world would not miss a bit of their content.

I have a new appreciation for entrepreneurship. I am just one of those people that loves to learn and if it helps me become a better me then I'm all for it. In this episode I speak on how I absorbed so much of everyone else's content, that I completed zoned out and did not create much of my own. Therefore, this is my confession for needing to be more present on my platforms. Going forward, I am scheduling it all out. This is the only way I will remain consistent.

The Truth About Being Thin and Tall! No it's not the norm, however I am not alone. In a world where a size 14 is the average dress size, I'm not your average Girl. I stand 5'10 and I'm a size 2/4. Can you image the jokes I've experienced as well as the issues I had to deal with being a teenager in the days of Olive Oyle from the Popeye cartoon? Correct, no fun.

This episode was long overdue. I was humbled to be a part of GaryVee's special "Marketing for the Now" Birthday Edition on YouTube. Gary turned 45 and there are usually guests that come on the show for advice or to just thank him for sharing so much content on social media, because at some point it helped them through some type of obstacle they were going through.

However, this upload had his parents, siblings, childhood friend, staff, business associates and friends. This was truly an honor to witness and see the very sensitive side of Gary. I just wanted to share and hope you guys check that video out, it was great.

Today's episode is about the frustrations of a cancelled summer. Cruise life is not going to happen this year, and my family and I were all about to embark on the greatest family reunion's that our family would have seen thus far. Unfortunately, due to Covid, our vacations have become staycations.

However, summer is not cancelled for everyone. People are still traveling by plane and car, but we're just not there yet. Therefore, I will ever so gladly share my emotions and thoughts with my fellow Evolvers, if you'll have me.
