I am so excited that we are finally, finally doing this. My guest today is someone that I would never have started talking to in the first place if it hadn't been for something called the Internet and social media. I did not know that she didn't know me, but I somehow gathered the courage and slid into her DMS because I had been following her for some time and I was really impressed by the work she's doing with her foundation.

A year or so ago, a group of my friends and I decided to write this book and in this book, I wrote a piece called 'Labels' and in this piece was a line that said,
"Don't be shocked, if after you label me a certain way, I burrow into that label and create a home there..."
