Je'Ron Hamm is a former NFL tight end turned serial entrepreneur whos decided that its time to share his why and how with the masses. By taking the same passion from the football field and implementing it into his own business ventures and now into the consulting arena, Je'Ron's mission has now become to empower, mentor and uplift people who know that there is more for them in life but might not know where to start. There are so many people who eliminate the possibility of accomplishing their goals and dreams simply because they don't know where to start. Enjoy the show and remember, you're always one decision away anything you ever wanted in life.

What's up people. I finally started my podcast and am extremely excited to get this thing going. This episode is a little about the purpose of starting this. I wanted to create this show to share information to help bridge the gap between the top 1% and those of us who might just be getting started on our journey to growth and self-development. The main subject for this episode is about the beauty that comes from hard times and taking losses.
As hard as it may be to look for the good in the bad, I need you to always ask yourself “What can I learn from this?”
I won’t say that you have to go through failures and hard times to succeed, but I will say that failure and hard times don’t eliminate the possibility of success. Remember, its never truly a loss but always a lesson!
I hope you can take something valuable from this and I look forward to your feedback!
