On The Flinch, The Forum, And The Sister You Were Taught To Compete With
Content note: this episode includes discussion of online harassment, body commentary, & real stories directed at brown women.
There is a moment that happens to almost every brown woman, and almost none of us talk about it. You see another brown woman win, her engagement, her promotion, her business launch, her trip, her new relationship and before your manners catch up, your body does something. A tightening. A drop. A flinch. Then there is the version of the flinch that grows up. The anonymous forums. The group chats picking apart her body. The restaurant table pulling up her profile. The aunties we said we would never become, but with new tools.
In this episode, I open with my own experience as a target of those forums, and then make the harder pivot. We are all on both sides of this. Until we name the code we were trained on, none of us escape it. This is the most honest conversation we have had on the show about why brown women police each other, what it is actually costing us in money and network and love, and the specific moves you can make this week to put the textbook down.
Inside this episode:
THE WEALTH SUMMIT, FALL 2026 - STOPS IN TORONTO, VANCOUVER, & CALGARY
This conversation does not end here. This fall, I am hosting an in-person summit for the women who are tired of competing and ready to build with each other instead. A room full of brown women funding brown women, learning the money moves nobody taught us, and walking out with a network worth more than any portfolio. Spots are limited and waitlist members get first access plus early-bird pricing.

Most female entrepreneurs are broke in their business accounts AND broke in their personal accounts. And no one is saying it out loud. Until now.
In this episode, Gina is pulling up a chair for the female entrepreneur who is tired of pretending she has it all figured out. The esthetician, the coach, the realtor, the content creator, the therapist, the accountant. If you're building something that's yours, this one's for you.
Drawing from her own journey of quitting her 9 to 5 and building The MMG into a multi-six-figure brand, Gina is delivering the love letter, the wake up call, and the strategy session your business has been begging for.
Inside this episode:•
* The underpricing epidemic costing you tens of thousands a year, and the 4 things your prices MUST cover (most women miss at least 2)
* The boundaries that are silently bleeding your business dry, and the one sentence Gina wants you saying out loud this week
* What every Canadian entrepreneur needs to know about taxes, GST registration, and the percentage you should be saving from day one
* Why so many female business owners go years without paying themselves a proper salary, and exactly how to fix it this month
* The two non-negotiable investments every entrepreneur needs to be making (one in your business, one outside of it) if you actually want to retire wealthy
Your business is not your retirement plan. Your hustle is not a strategy. And exposure does not pay rent.
If you're ready to stop running a business that keeps you broke and finally start running one that pays you like the CEO you are, hit play.

She's already you: somewhere, on some other timeline, the woman you keep dreaming about is already living the life you keep wanting. So why are we still earning, charging, dating, and shrinking like she hasn't arrived?
In this flagship episode, Gina takes one viral passage about quantum leaping and applies it where it actually matters: your money and your relationships. Expect cultural truth-telling, practical scripts, and one of the most honest conversations we've had on the show about why South Asian women are taught to be suspicious of their own desires and what it looks like to finally trust them.
In this episode:
* The inherited timeline that keeps us small (and where it came from)
* Four ways you're still earning, charging, and investing as your old self
* The partner, friendship, and dating audit nobody wants to do
* Five moves you can make this week to start the leap
If this episode wrecks you in the best way, screenshot the part that hit and tag @iamginajudge on Instagram. Gina reposts every single one.
DM her one word, the word that describes the woman already on your timeline. She reads every one.

Money is the #1 thing couples fight about and the #1 thing they refuse to talk about. In this episode, we're pulling back the curtain on the conversations your relationship can't afford to skip: merging finances without losing your independence, handling the income gap without resentment, setting shared goals when your money mindsets don't match, and what to do when one of you is a saver and the other swipes first, thinks later.
Whether you're newly dating, deep in a situationship, engaged, or ten years in, this one's for the couples who want love and a life they can actually afford.
Grab your partner (or your notebook) and press play. You'll leave with scripts you can use tonight.

This is from me being hosted on the Thinkspace podcast with Summan Kandola & Self Hired
From leaving an abusive home environment while carrying five-figure debt to building a six-figure net worth, this conversation is a full-circle moment for me. I recently sat down with Summan Kandola for a powerful, honest conversation about money, self-trust, and what it really takes to build financial power as a woman.
We dive into my personal journey: how becoming financially literate helped me pay off five-figure credit card debt, build a six-figure net worth, quit my 9-5, and create The Millennial Money Guide. But more than the numbers, we talk about the emotional side of money and the identity shifts required to grow. In this episode, we unpack:
* How our personal money stories shape our decisions
* Healthy vs. unhealthy spending and saving habits
* The emotional relationship we have with money
* My real, behind-the-scenes financial journey
* Investing basics and long-term thinking
* Building a business from the ground up
* Expanding your capacity to hold more — financially and personally
* Why this conversation matters as we rethink our goals for 2026
If you’re into personal development, mindset, ambition, self-love, endurance, and entrepreneurship, this episode is for you.
🎙️ Grateful to be in conversation with Summan Kandola & excited for you to listen.

In this episode, I join Natasha and Rebecca with the 'Where Do We Begin' podcast. Today, we’re unpacking the rise of "trad wife" culture — the aesthetic, the ideology, and the hidden consequences behind the viral vintage aprons and soft-filtered domestic bliss. We challenge the romanticization of financial dependence and ask: who really benefits when women opt out of earning power? From social media trends to systemic structures, we explore why true empowerment lies in choice and why financial freedom is one of the most powerful tools of modern feminism. If you’ve ever felt torn between soft life fantasies and your ambition, this one’s for you.

Pammy and I put on our detective hats, determining the identities of over 20 cyber bullies. In 2024, a platform was created to drag down punjabi influencers, entrepreneurs, and content creators. An absolutely revoluting hub spewed by hate. Some of these bullies dragged the way women look, their weight, their kids (literally bashing on how their toddlers look), making up lies and slut shaming successful women (because how could a woman possibly make more money than a man without selling her body right?)
We dive deep into the complexities of the Punjabi community's relationship with it's own people. The scrutiny is relentless—often crossing the line into harsh criticism and even hate. But why does this happen? Tune into this episode where we discuss how public figures are often judged, criticized, and consistently torn down by their own people.

Being mindful about your life choices is key to success in every aspect of life. When you date, you need to have set standards not based on shallow things like height or physical features that eventually fade with age. But based on values. For example, can this man build an empire with you? Can this man insure that your children are born into wealth? If you’re over the age of 24 you have no business dealing with men who aren’t winners! The days of “I like him because he’s cute and funny” are over. Generationally you need to build a partnership with a man who brings more to the table than just “I love you.” Listen to this episode if you want to attract a provider man into your life. If your man isn't making your life easier, sorry to say it, but he ain't the one.

If you live in Metro Vancouver or the Greater Toronto area, there's a good chance that you've either been invited to an Indian wedding or attended one. They're often lavish, extravagant, week-long affairs with anywhere from 500 to 1,200 guests. An Indian wedding can last from three days to even a full week. There is a lot to love in an Indian wedding, but with all the extravagance and glamor, the cons of a big, fat Indian wedding are not always considered. But here’s the harsh truth: such weddings burn a hole in the family’s pocket and no matter how hard they try, keeping every guest happy is next to impossible. Throughout this episode, you’ll hear anonymous submissions from couples about their challenges and pain points. Today, we’re getting into the nitty gritty of indian weddings between the nosy relatives who always find a reason to be unhappy, the flaunt factor, the traditions and culture, the maddening preparations, pricey and unprofessional vendors, familial expectations, bachelorettes gone wrong, getting into debt, and finally teaching you how to set clear boundaries with your family— we’re covering it all. Today, I’m Unveiling South Asian Weddings for all that they are.

A sinking fund isn't traditional savings. Instead, it's money that's meant to be spent — the idea is that you already have it set aside when you need it. It's a buckets of savings set aside for significant expenses.
I don't feel guilty dipping into my sinking funds. Unlike my emergency savings, I'm not setting money aside for a worst-case scenario. Instead, it's cash I know I'll need.
Because of this system, I was able to travel all throughout 2022 while simultaneously saving to move to Miami.
You can open up sinking funds for: travel, home repairs, car maintenance, home insurance, property taxes, gifts, clothing, insurance and so much more. Listen to this episode if you want to learn more about how to set these up!

So, you've heard it's a good idea to start investing in the stock market but you have no idea where to start! If that's the case then you better hit the play button and listen to this episode. The best decision you can make in 2022 is to start as opposed to putting it off, invest time and $ into educating yourself. When investing, consistency is key, it's better to invest $100 a month as opposed to not investing at all. 10 years from now you'll be grateful you started. In fact, failure to invest is one of the reasons that first time home buyer's struggle to get into the market and purchase real estate.
