In this episode, Mitch and Mills get real about what a TRUE breakthrough is — what it is, what it isn’t, and why most people spend their whole lives circling their stuff instead of shifting it.They unpack:- What a breakthrough really means (beyond the pop-culture fluff)- Processing vs coping vs actually transforming- Therapy vs Breakthrough- The 7 unconscious ways we create our reality- Trauma as the body’s attempt to return to balance- How to leap when you’re right on the edge- The “take your highest self to dinner” exercisePlus, a classic tangent — this time on music stars, fame, and all the chaos behind it.This episode calls you out of victimhood and into destiny. As Paul Bailey said, “Life invites a greater legacy from you than just getting to your deathbed safely.”If you’re ready for the breakthrough you’ve been avoiding… this one will wake something up in you.Sam’s podcast mentioned: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1QeGMPHsu0

How do you equip kids to have the bravery to face bullies and maintain their mental health?
Recently, Mitch experienced this for himself when one of his daughters was picked on - and in the process he discovered how easy it is for that personal development mindset to go out the window when you want to protect your kid.
But he learnt some important lessons in the process, which he and Mills are breaking down in this new podcast episode that’s a MUST LISTEN for any parent.
Quick takeaways:
Can you tell a person’s relationship with their parents based on their hair? What about how reckless they are based on their nose?
Well, you might be surprised by how much our physical body gives away about the subconscious issues going on for us…
In this week’s exciting new podcast episode we’re chatting with Nerida Mills, who’s spent years studying and training in the psychosomatic field, about how ailments, trauma, and personality points show up in the body.
As she says “The body is beautiful, because it cannot lie. It expresses the truth of the moment.”
This is a MUST LISTEN if you want to unlock the secrets behind your skin, and especially if you want some (funny) insights into what Mitch and Mills' faces reveal about them!
Are you living paycheck-to-paycheck?
Then STOP what you’re doing and read this.
There are a lot of people doing it tough right now. They’re trying their best to save and they feel like they’re getting pushback from the universe everytime they go to the shops, open their bills, or see interest rates increase for the TENTH time.
So, we’ve come together to chat about not just WHY this is happening, but the steps you can take right now to start getting ahead.
Be warned though. This stuff ain’t easy. You’ve got to be prepared to do the work.
Because it all boils down to 2 things.
If you’re ready to put ‘scraping by’ behind you, then tune into this episode and discover the strategy that will get you started.
We all know what transformation starts from within… but how deep does it really go?
Organs? Tissues? Cells? Molecules?
When we talk about shifting your perspective as a way of changing your life, this process isn’t something that simply takes place on an exterior level. It also happens to your cells.
Just how layered it goes is what we’re talking about with Microbiologist Lina Farfan, who returns for this special part two episode of Dorothy and the Dealer.
Listen now to hear this science in simple terms, as well as new perspectives on antibiotic resistance, herd immunity, and how fungi have proven themselves more intelligent than humans! (well… sometimes).
Are fungi smart enough to take over the world? Did life on earth come from comets? What’s the importance of fungi to crops, medicine, and the human brain? And what can all this science tell us about personal development?
They’re the questions we’re chatting about with Perth Microbiologist Lina Farfan, in this special podcast episode.
The good news - we’re probably not headed down the path of The Last Of Us. (We made her ASSURE us of this after we finished recording) But there’s still plenty to learn in the meantime about mushies (and the universe)…
If you let it, fear will RUN your life into the freaking ground.
You see, the truth is we all like to think that we’re immune from fear. We say we’re not scared to be in a relationship, build the business of our dreams, or spend time with our own thoughts.
But how often do you hear about people trying to control these very things? They boss their partner around. Micromanage their business. Or organise every moment of their lives to be doing something.
That’s because control > comes from fear. And fear > comes from a lack of clarity.
But when you’re able to get clear, the fear starts to melt away and you’re left feeling completely empowered! Which is what we’re chatting about in this new podcast episode.
Fix your fear today! Next time you’re scared or controlling something, ask yourself these three questions:
How do you deal with criticism?
When you’re doing something important in life, you’re bound to ruffle a few feathers. So how are you meant to react when this happens?
The secret is in owning your part of things. When you own your role, the places where you need to look within, and how clear your intentions are, then it will stop feeling like criticism.
In this week’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, we expand on this idea and show you the ways criticism shows up in your life, and how to manage it when it does.
Want to know the simplest sign that you’re hiding an inner wound?
You’re repeating the same cycles
When you get stuck in a repetitive rut; whether it’s with your finances, your relationships, your friends, or your family, this behaviour is a sure bet that there’s something deeper you’re trying to avoid.
Step one on any growth journey is realising that whether it’s a glass ceiling or a Bandaid, there're many ways we’ll dress up the stuff we don’t want to face or push past.
So are you ready to understand your inner wounds and heal them? Then make sure you listen to this episode of our podcast Dorothy and the Dealer.
When it comes to the masculine and the feminine, we often fall victim to thinking we can only live in one space with our significant other. But to develop strong, connected relationships, we have to learn to embrace both.
So, how do we find the balance?
That’s what we’re chatting with MJB’s Mind Body expert and relationships specialist Nerida about in this episode, as she describes how to bring attention to the feminine through tasks that let you be heard, and how to nurture the masculine by bringing practicality and organisation to the table.
If you’re struggling with your partner - this is a must listen.
What do you think the effect of the pharmaceutical industry has been on plant medicine?
It’s a hotly debated topic, but we’ve got to admit Dr Dave's perspective feels like one of the most balanced ones we’ve heard in a while.
If you’re keen to learn more about the power of plants, how to balance CBD use, the difference between the cannabinoid and opioid systems in the body and much more then tune into the second part of our conversation with our friend and client today!
It’s time to talk Marijuana
Okay, straight up… We’re just going to apologise for the sound quality on this one as our microphones weren’t working. But the content in this podcast makes up for it, we promise.
In this episode, Mitch and Mills are joined by everyone’s favourite doctor Dave, to talk about the legalisation of cannabis, its use in holistic and western medicine, and how to balance the scepticism with the potential benefits of its use.
Here’s our top three takeaways:1. The history of cannabis is SO much more complex than we thought! 2. There’s a whole network in the human body called the Cannabinoid System that deals with these molecules and chemicals. 3. Cannabis is just one tool to assist with transformation. Like everything in your life, healing requires balance with lifestyle, mindset, and much more.
If you enjoy this episode stay tuned because we’ve got a part 2 with Dr. Dave coming next week!
Whether it’s criticising other people because we want to divert attention away from something we’re afraid to work on within, or thinking we’ve missed out on something when that ‘loss’ might actually have been a blessing in disguise.
Lessons come in many forms

Take stock of the last year - Check in with feelings, lessons, growth, gratitude.
Create your challenges - How were they blessings, why did it need to happen, but also did you create your own challenges - because that’s how you master life.
Honour the lessons - don’t learn the same thing over and over. Apply the lessons to grow. Look at the cycles happening and talk about the one you are in to bring awareness to it.
Plan your ‘flow state’ activities - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly. Things that help you feel present. Plan the fun.
Be consistent - growth is a continuous spiral upwards. If you don’t put in the work in the marathon you’ll be at the same point next year.

We know WHAT boundaries are…
WHEN we need them…
So that just leaves us with one last question…
HOW do we go about establishing them?
That’s the topic on everyone’s lips today in the latest podcast from our Boundaries mini-series, with Mitch and Mills honing in on 5 steps you can take right now to protect your peace.
Remember - it’s not our job to make everyone love us. It’s to create clear lines so that when others want to come in, they know the rules.
Setting and enforcing strong boundaries can be the difference between imploding your life and transforming it.
It should come as no surprise then that this is one of the things we’re asked to speak about most often.
So, over the next two weeks we’re giving you a mini-series of podcasts about this! Including how to know you need boundaries in your life (Part 1) and what to do to put them in place (Part 2).
In this episode Mills is dishing out FIVE signs boundaries are lacking in your life.
It’s time to talk Shantaram.
With the release of the book’s adaptation on Apple TV last month, we figured there’s no better time to dive into the world of India, and the genius that is Gregory David Roberts' story.
Dubbed “the greatest book you’ll ever read” by Mitch, Shantaram is a rich exploration of India as it truly is, and one man’s journey to finding freedom within himself there.
In this special episode, you’ll get to hear how the book has affected Mitch and Mills lives - including the first time they read it, how it has shaped their travels to India, and even Mitch’s connection to the famed author who wrote it.
Tune in to this episode now for a little mental escape to India.

Did you know the 4 areas that define any business?
They are:
But that’s just the surface - let us tell you why they’re CRUCIAL to your business performance
Most business owners are naturally good at one, or maybe two of these areas.
But they’re rarely good at all four.
And a business owner’s inability to cater to this (by seeking out the right talent, being honest about their weaknesses, and finding knowledgeable mentors) is what holds them back from growth and success.
If you want to hear how you can optimise your business using these areas, then get listening to this episode, featuring Evolve Business Strategist Mike Johnston, now!

She calls herself an ‘Unlikely Olympian’, but to us, there’s nothing improbable about the success of this week’s podcast guest, @DanielleKettlewell_. In fact, she’s the kind of woman who exudes nothing but hard work, determination, and grit.
Buckle in for this story people, because it’s one heck of a ride!
If you haven’t heard of Danielle before, she’s an inspiring young speaker and coach, who teaches others about the power of mindset and manifestation, and who’s written her own book. Oh… and she’s an Olympian, having competed at the freaking 2016 Rio Olympics!!!
Danielle was one of just nine people in the Australian female Synchronised Swimming squad, but it was her journey to even get there that proves just how special she is. From suffering a concussion, to packing up her life and moving across the world by herself, and spending eight hours training everyday, Danielle says it was never about winning - it was always about realising how good she could be.
“It was about proving to myself that I was good enough. Letting go of the outcome and being proud of who I became. The outcome doesn’t prove your worth.”
And how did she do it? Well, you’ll have to tune in to find out. But it has a lot to do with transforming her mindset and self-worth.
Because, as Danielle says: “There’s an Unlikely Olympian in all of us.”
Do you always want to be on top of trends?
The first thing you need to understand about trends is that you are likely doing one of three things with them…
Following them. Creating them. Or recognising the counter trend.
The answer to which one you should be doing is dependent upon YOUR business and how well you understand it. Because it is TOUGH to be the first person forging the way, and just as tough to be the last person who wasted time playing it safe.
Just remember - the only thing worse than failing at a trend, is to stay stagnant. Because when it comes to business, comfort = death.
If you want to hear more about our ideas on trends (from 3D printing and dropshipping, to changes in our entire health industry), then listen to this Beers and Business episode, with Business mentor Mike Johnston now!
Did you know that less than 30% of people who practice personal development are men?
Crazy, right?!
This week we wanted to introduce you to the story of someone on that side of the coin, so we sat down to chat with our good friend and client, George Lewer, to get real about his journey with self-growth.
George started his personal development journey in 2018, and he began the way most people do… he was not where he wanted to be in life, saw an opportunity to change that, and after wrestling with some discomfort (in his case… sitting in his car stewing for 20 minutes over whether or not to go get tickets to our event) he took the leap.
Since then, he’s worked DAMN hard to achieve his dreams, and is the prime example of someone who understands that PD is just the stepping stone to success - and that YOU are the only one that can truly get you there.
Remember… “The quality of your life is determined by the quality of your challenges.”
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to take action yourself, consider this your warning. Because as George says… the universe is going to keep sending you lessons until you listen.
You asked - we answered!
For the first time ever in our podcast, the team is surprising Mitch and Mills to get their honest, authentic, and hilarious off-the-cuff responses to YOUR questions about… kids.
Whether you’re a first time parent, someone who’s unsure they even want to start a family, or are the exhausted mother or father to a rebellious teen, this episode is going to help you navigate any mindset issues parenting brings.
What do YOU think the money of tomorrow will look like?
In this episode, Mitch and Mills talk about the progression of currency through the years, from the humble days of livestock to precious metals, papers, plastic, and now crypto!
But they’re also discussing the PRICE of this progress - because with great change comes great volatility, friction, and roadblocks.
If you want to learn how to master money, you first have to be conscious of its cycles - listen now to learn the ebbs, flows and patterns, and how YOU can grow with it. 🌱

Do you think Elon Musk is a great leader?
Yeah, he’s the guy that created Tesla’s, championed the SpaceX project, and bought Twitter. But does that mean he’s good at leading a team to triumph?
In this episode of #DorothyandtheDealer, Business expert, Mike Johnston, explains what it means to be a great leader - and how it’s linked to the TWO ways of solving issues that come up in businesses.
To find out whether YOU are the same sort of leader as Elon, listen to this episode now.
Anyone else sick of hearing the phrase ‘gratitude attitude’.
What if we told you that gratitude isn’t simply an “attitude”, but a freaking high-voltage electro-magnetic force?
Intrigued? Then check out this electric episode, where human-development specialists Mitch and Mills explain the energy side of gratitude, how it relates to our central nervous system, and the easiest way to use it to create a ‘grounded’ reality.
If you want to know more about gratitude, or any of the other self-development concepts we cover, send us a message on social media - and we'll set up a complimentary call today.

A queen, mama-to-be, hip-hop champion, and the coolest Irish lass you’ll ever meet - Sonja Potostki-Raymond is in the hot-chair for this special guest episode of Dorothy and the Dealer.
We’re chatting to her about that special ‘moment’ during Relationships and You, her journey with the feminine energy, and how she’s developed one of the most kick-ass SEO companies around.
“𝑰 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝑰 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒎𝒚 𝒇𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓. 𝑰 𝒘𝒂𝒍𝒌𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒆𝒔. 𝑨𝒏𝒅 𝑰 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝑰 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒊𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆. 𝑰 𝒌𝒆𝒑𝒕 𝒃𝒍𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒊𝒎 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒔***... 𝑰’𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒅 𝒎𝒚𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝒉𝒊𝒎 𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒑𝒖𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒊𝒎 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒚.”
Time to be honest - when Mitch and Mike started in business, they both absolutely struggled to get the results they wanted. It took a lot of time for them to find their footing and get it “right”. But this grind helped them learn a very important lesson…
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲
You must be clear on the outcome you’re after (who, what, when, where, why, and how) because that creates a list of what is 𝘼𝘾𝙏𝙐𝘼𝙇𝙇𝙔 stopping you from getting there.
And those issues boil down to one of two things. Economic value. Or Spiritual Value.
It blew our minds when we realised that. And we hope it helps you shift your perspective too.
Listen to more of this conversation in our latest 𝙈𝙅𝘽 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙨 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨… 𝘿𝙤𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙧 podcast episode.
Hands up, who remembers this ripper quote from The Lion King
“𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙩. 𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙄 𝙨𝙚𝙚 𝙞𝙩, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙞𝙩 𝙤𝙧 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙞𝙩.”
Ooh, chills am I right?!
But what exactly is it about this quote that gets the hairs on your arms standing up? Why does it make us inspired for the future? That’s the idea we’re focused on in today’s episode of 𝗠𝗝𝗕 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘀’ 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀… 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿, with Mitch and Mills discussing the absolute necessity of being able to look back, so you can shift forward.
You see, looking back isn’t just about learning a lesson - it’s also a way of recognising how far you’ve come.
Because we’re at our most inspired when we realise:
𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙚 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 --> 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚
Is the same distance and journey as…
𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 --> 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚
And if you could do that once, you can do it again.
Synchronicity. When there's a deep, meaningful connection in the occurrence of seemingly random situations.
Basically… The universe has your back.
We’ve been faced with a few of these ‘challenges’ recently. Covid messing with our seminars. And then, our beloved Marketing Manager, Tasch, told us she was leaving to continue her digital adventures elsewhere!
It would be easy to just be annoyed and frustrated. To mope and whine. But the real work comes with understanding and accepting how these testing times are actually necessary to help us move to the next level.
It’s just the law of conservation - the universe can never take from you without giving back in equal measure.
And that’s what we’ll be chatting about in this latest episode of𝗠𝗝𝗕 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘀’ 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀… 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿. Well… chatting and shedding some tears over. Because goodbyes can be great. They can be full of incredible opportunities for everyone involved. But they can also be a punch to the gut and leave you missing someone terribly. That’s okay.
So, next time you have a hard time with something - pop this episode on and ask yourself: “What do I feel I lost and where is the blessing?”
Do you know how long financial cycles last? 21 YEARS.
That's why it's time to talk savings, systems, and global financial crises in this money-centric episode of 𝑴𝑱𝑩 𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒔’ 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔… 𝑫𝒐𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒓.
Because you see, leaving this to chance is one thing you 𝙎𝙃𝙊𝙐𝙇𝘿𝙉’𝙏 do when it comes to your money. So make sure you listen in to this episode to find out:
Finances don’t have to be a gamble. A guess. Or a game. They simply need a system, and the knowledge that YOU are running it, not letting it run you.
So you’ve got an idea for a great business?! Great. There’s just one little question you should be asking yourself…
Do you possess the 𝗙𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗞𝗘𝗬𝗦 to ensure you create economic value?

Become a master of your wealth today by listening to this episode.
When terrible things happen in this world it can be easy to feel helpless, disempowered, and… 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙.
Why?
Because when we watch unbalanced perspectives on TV, hear them on the radio, and then read about them online, we get addicted to the drama, and subsequently - 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧.
In this week’s episode of 𝙈𝙅𝘽 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙨 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨… 𝘿𝙤𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙧, our inspired hosts break down the things you CAN control during chaotic times, and the ways to help when the world seems to be going to s***.
Like Mitch’s #1 tip to wage war against distraction:

Have you been to a protest rally recently? Perhaps you’ve shared photos of the crowds on social media? Or maybe you just wholeheartedly support freedom?
We 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 to see people getting out of their comfort zone and do what they feel called to do in their hearts.
But as Mitch and Mills discuss in this episode of Dorothy and the Dealer - it’s important to remember that you’ll never effect real transformation until you turn within and do the work there first.
𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 “𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙄’𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚”. 𝙒𝙝𝙮? 𝘽𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚. 𝙔𝙤𝙪’𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙮 𝙬𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙚𝙡𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣.
How can you tell the people who haven’t done the internal work. Easy, because they:
Remember - the relationship with YOURSELF is number one. Work on that and whatever is going on externally won’t be able to rattle you.
𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙋𝙞𝙨𝙨-𝙋𝙤𝙤𝙧 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮

It might be a mouthful, but today’s Beers and Business topic sees Evolve co-founder, and head coach Mike Johnston return to discuss the common pitfalls many businesses make when it comes to planning, including:
If there’s one thing you should be doing today in your business to transform it for the good, it’s asking “What do I want” before acting. That - and listening to this episode
Never work with kids or animals, right?!?!
Apologies, but Dorothy and the Dealer is getting a little 𝙃𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝘾 this week, as Lexi, Lola, and lil’ Ollie take over the reins from Mitch and Mills.

What’s that old saying?
There are only two things that are certain in life: Death and Taxes
Well, it’s easy to think there’s not a lot of love in either, right?
But while we can’t speak for taxes, in this episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, our favourite personal development duo are pouring their hearts out as they explore endings, the afterlife, and why ‘it’s all love’ when it comes to saying goodbye.
Listen in to hear about:
Whether you’ve lost someone close to you, are scared you will soon, or are in the process of mourning an old version of yourself - this is episode for you!
Do YOU think political correctness has gone too far?
An Australian, an Irishman, and an American walk into a bar…
Nowadays, this could be either the start of a hilarious joke, or the potential for a comedian to get cancelled.
That’s right, it’s time to answer whether political correctness, and trying not to offend EVERYONE, has gone too far? And that’s exactly what’s on the card for Mitch and Mills in this episode of Dorothy and the Dealer.
To do so, they break it down to a few simple factors, including:
Remember, we must always be RESPECTFUL of other people. But we don’t have to curtail to them either.
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗚𝗚𝗟𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗜𝗡 𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦?

𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝗽... 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲?
The sound of your bed against the wooden floorboards when you’d get up. The way the trees in the backyard used to smell on an autumn evening. Even the number of tiles that were in the kitchen.
We can see you imagining it now! But do you want to know why it comes so clearly?
In our first episode of Dorothy and the Dealer for 2022, Mitch and Mills are diving into why your home holds not just memories - but a complete sense of self, and how when we move, this “loss” challenges who we are.
You see - the way you describe your home, is often how you describe yourself. “A work in progress.” “Full of laughter.” “A little empty at times…”
But really - home is the place you’re meant to feel your most comfortable, relaxed, and safe. And if you’ve done personal development - you’ll know this is what we are always aiming for within.
So, brew up a cup of tea, nestle into your current abode, and ‘come home’ to yourself with this episode.
In the great words of Lin Manuel Miranda…
Take a break.
(Okay… if you haven’t seen Hamilton by now… just leave)
But that sentiment is the focus of our final Dorothy and the Dealer episode for the year, where Mitch and Mills discuss HOW to cut yourself some slack and have a break over the holidays.
Key takeaways (because we know your brains must be like ours and OVERLOADED)
So this Christmas season, pop on this episode, put your feet up, and listen to why vacations aren’t an excuse to escape, but an important step in “coming home to yourself”.
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮?
On today’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch, Mills, and Mike are chatting about the secret to success in business, and how you can STOP being someone who gives up on their dreams to work for ‘the man’.
It involves three key things:
From sparking the flint of inspiration, to the biggest problem you’ll come across when creating a business (cough owning up that you can’t know everything cough), this episode has tonnes of tips to help you get your business and values aligned for 2022.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱 ‘𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀’?
SANTTTAAA!!!! PRESENTS!!!! FAMILY!!! WOOHOOO
Or
“Can’t this just be over already.”
For those who found the second answer more like their holiday vibe, then this episode of Dorothy and the Dealer is going to open your mind (and heart) to the true spirit of the season, and how even the worst circumstances shouldn’t get you down!
Whether you are spending it by yourself, doing it tough, forced into being around family, or can’t wait to catch up with your friends, the important thing to do is to work out three things:
Remember - Pivoting on plans isn’t an excuse for ‘Bah Humbug’ or blame. It’s an opportunity for new traditions.
There’s plenty of fun stories and tips to be shared too, like Mitch and Mills schedules for the big day, how to get out of the kitchen and minimise the stress, and loads more!
𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚, 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣-𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙣 𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙖 𝙝𝙞𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨?
Well...
Welcome to the story behind 𝗙𝗟𝗜𝗣 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧.
On this special episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills are getting honest about the trials and tribulations these last few years have presented, and how they turned this on its head to create something incredible.
Just like within the seminar itself, true transformation (and stepping forward into your future) often comes from pain. So, when Covid struck and we couldn’t travel, Mitch soon realised the problem wasn’t with the seminar experience - just with it’s delivery!
And so, Flip The Script began.
Tune into this episode NOW to hear all about what Flip The Script involves and the things our tribe has had to say about it so far...
𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃?
Well, it’s time to step into that discomfort, because Mitch and Mills are tackling the dreaded T-word this week on Dorothy and the Dealer, and telling you why you should ditch it from your vocabulary for good!
Now - before you get us wrong - we’re not talking about removing 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 for topics that people might be too fragile, or not in the right headspace, to deal with.
We’re talking about the casual way people say “oh that triggers me”, and how they use this as an 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗘 to get out of working on their mindset and growth.
When you make other people walk on eggshells and dim THEIR light so you don’t get offended or uncomfortable, then we’ve got a PROBLEM!!!!
As Mills says: “It can seem callous to someone who’s never been exposed to what we do, when we call this out, but it is MORE callous to not to trigger you, to not bring it up, to not let you see you need to work on it.”
Trust us - this is one whip-smart episode you do not want to miss, so get listening now.
12-hour shifts
Never-ending Imposter Syndrome
And a lack of support from a ‘flawed system’
That was what faced this week’s podcast guest, and our dear friend, when he started working as a doctor in the W.A. Health system. But it’s the story of what this did to his mental health, and how he turned this around, that you’ll want to hear!
On this special episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, we get personal with returning guest 𝗗𝗿. 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻, about his experience with mindset and transformation, and how these helped challenge (𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡) his career in medicine.
From what it takes to become a doctor, to quitting medicine for two years, forcing himself out of ‘autopilot’, and how he eventually forged his own path in a field where “𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘩”, this episode is a must-listen!
Because if there is one bit of advice Dr. Dave wants you to know, it’s that:
“𝙄𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨𝙣’𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚. 𝙄𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩.”
𝘾𝙖𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝙇𝙇𝙔 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮?
The mind-body connection is something that’s always been difficult to define, but on today’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills are talking with returning guest, Doctor Dave Turton, about the science behind your thoughts and 𝙙𝙞𝙨-𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚.
Like that famous Bruce Lee quote says:
“𝗔𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸, 𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲”
Listen in to understand how your thoughts are carried through the nervous system and produce real-world effects in your cells. Trust us - by the end of this podcast you’ll know your sympathetics from your parasympathetics, that’s how clear and concise Dr Dave is!
Thoughts - Brain - Nervous System - Neurotransmitters - Cells
Best yet, we’ve got the answers to how you can balance these and take back the power and authority over yourself.
(Hint: Breathing and Meditation are a great place to start).
We’ve all heard the age-old question: 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝?
Well, when it comes to business, it turns out this is 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡. And the good news for you is - Mitch, Mills, and Evolve founder Mike, will be answering this in detail during this week’s special episode of Dorothy and the Dealer.
Tune in to hear about:
This episode is for anyone who feels like they’ve failed when they don’t see the sales figures they want. So, if that’s YOU - get listening NOW.
How can you tell a true friend from a fake one?
Well, it’s actually a lot more about 𝗬𝗢𝗨 than you’d think!
Friendships, taking the Mickey, and understanding the fine line between it all, is the topic on the table today, with Mitch and Mills reflecting on their decades as mates in this week’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer.
Listen in to hear:
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘪𝘨𝘨𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘴???
Nope… it’s not money, clients, tech, sales, leadership, or even marketing.
It’s a little thing called 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗬
In this special Beers and Business episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills are back in front of the microphones with Evolve founder Mike Johnson, to chat about the vision and mission of businesses, and why this is the crucial first step to success!
Want that in simple terms?
𝘼𝙨𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 - 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙮 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙫𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙄 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚?
“People buy your tenacity and the value you bring to the world. If you don’t understand the value within, then how can you expect it to show up outside?”
Whether you’re a start-up or a seasoned business professional, this episode is going to get you thinking about your business in a whole new way. So get listening now!
𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝘀𝗵-𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿?
You know… the type of person who always gives, and gives, and gives to others until 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 cup is full and 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 is empty.
Then this episode of Dorothy and the Dealer is going to blow your mind and show you what giving to others actually means. Hint: It has a lot more to do with YOUR self-worth, than about building others.
Being of service doesn’t mean being a servant. It means shining from within.
And how do you do this? By focusing less on the acknowledgements you think others are going to give you for your service, and more on putting that energy into working on your vision and value instead.
You’ve probably heard about the Five D’s of dodgeball, but what about 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥’𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀? Well, in today’s inspired episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills are back chatting with everyone’s favourite Relationships expert - Dr. John Gray - about everything emotions, hormones, sex, and love.
Strap yourself in because this is a LONG one with plenty of wisdom nuggets. Have you ever been left wondering where the passion went in your relationship? Or how to reignite that spark from when you first met? Well, listen in to hear Dr. Gray break down the four most important stages in a relationship and their challenges: * 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (Feeling annoyed and irritated at things your partner does) * 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (When that annoyance turns into hate and you compare how they ‘used’ to be) * 𝗥𝗲𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (When the resentments build up, and often lead to divorce. Whatever they want suddenly you don’t want it) * 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (When you bury the pain of not getting what you want and just get ‘comfortable’)
Why is it important to know this? Because it shows how easily romance can lead to revenge. But it doesn’t have to! Implement Dr. Gray’s wise words and tips and you’ll have a 5th R mastered in no time - 𝗥𝗘𝗝𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚
It’s the one Universal law that stands above all others… and it’s running your life 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗪!
Say hello to
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆.
Now, this is a tricky one to understand, we know. But by the time Mitch and Mills are done explaining just exactly 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 it is, 𝙝𝙤𝙬 it works at a quantum level, and 𝙬𝙝𝙮 it’s crucial to taking control of your life, you’ll be nothing less than an expert!
Remember - you can’t gain something if you’re not ready to love the cost as well.
You can even try this out now and 𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚 by 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙥 30 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙨 to listen to this episode. The universal law is happening there in the background anyway - so why not make it work to your advantage?
𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱?
That’s the question on the tip of our tongues in this week’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, with Mitch and Mills sitting down with Perth GP David Turton to chat everything medical, holistic, and spiritual.
Dr. Dave (as he’s known around the MJB offices) specialises in ‘quantum health’, taking the best of Western medicine and advancements, and mixing it with universal laws to treat the bigger picture.
In his own words: “𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘢 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵.”

Like… you’ve been caught in a seemingly endless lockdown? Or are worried about all the talk around vaccines? Maybe you’re just feeling utterly helpless at the state of the world right now?
The overwhelm is 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟, but here’s the good news - 𝗬𝗢𝗨 can do something about it!
In this week’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills are providing straightforward answers on how to beat that crushing sense of dread that seems to be spreading…
Want a quick sneak peek?
It involves getting to work on the three main areas of your life:
If you’re ready to hear more and understand what it is 𝗬𝗢𝗨 can do when the world feels like a dumpster fire (believe us - that is a story you’re running), then get listening to this podcast NOW!!
𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮?
Hands up if this is you.
If you hadn’t heard, we did a reel recently on this topic... and it kind of… well... blew up!
It seems there’s a lot of people out there recognising that there’s a little person in them, who’s been 𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚, because they can’t understand and deal with their trauma.
So, this week on our podcast Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills have decided to address this head on, and tell you 𝗪𝗛𝗬 you do this, 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 it means, and 𝗛𝗢𝗪 you can overcome it.
Like, did you know that most people don’t do this deliberately, and that it happens subconsciously? That you challenge your belief systems based on what you learned between 0 - 8 years old? That even the littlest thing, like a comment from your parents about not loving you if you do drugs, can be a story you will run for the rest of your life? And that it will manifest in ways like:
❌ Self-sabotage
❌ Blaming others
❌ Angry outbursts
❌ Rebellious behaviours
❌ Burning down relationships
❌ Constantly saying ‘I’m not good enough’
The good news is that if you’re here - you already know you need to do something about this. So, 𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 to this jam-packed and mind-blowing episode now.

Universal Laws baby. They govern life as we know it.
And in today’s episode of Dorothy and The Dealer, MJB personal development gurus Mitch and Mills, break down one of the biggest ones out there - 𝑴𝒂𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒊𝒔 𝑳𝒂𝒘 - which states that 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩.
Confused? Eager to know what this means to you? Then keep reading.
Turns out we’ve all got an innate understanding of the laws, even if we don’t consciously know them. Just like gravity tells us not to jump off stuff, Maupertuis Law tells us that everything that’s happened to us is for a reason.
Basically - there are no mistakes.
Agree with this? Then get listening to find out the quantum physics behind it.
Disagree? Get listening to hear why challenges can actually be triumphs.
What are the 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 every business needs?
Well, grab a cold one and get this podcast cranking, because this week we are talking business over beers, with MJB’s Evolve business guru, Mike Johnston.
While everyone else leans into the perceived prestige of complexity, here on Dorothy and The Dealer, we’re simplifying the game.
“𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵. 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘺𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘪𝘯. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘬𝘦𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺.”

Is the media stressing you out?
Whether it’s lockdowns, vaccinations, politicians, or riots.
What if we told you that switching it off isn’t the answer you’re looking for? Intrigued?
See, stress levels are determined by what you allow to occupy your mind. And even when you switch off - you’re probably thinking about how others (like friends and family) haven’t. So YOU might not be watching the news, but it’s still lurking there.
The answer you’re really looking for lies in this week’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, where Mitch and Mills will show you how to:

“Business relies on understanding yourself. It starts and ends with you as the leader. Balance things out and don’t let them get in the way of achieving your vision.”
Still not convinced? Well, she also gets real on how to bust through your glass ceiling and goes behind-the-scenes on the incredibly interesting topic of how debt collection actually works...
Does the thought of starting a movie at 8pm annoy you?
Do your knee joints creak when you try to get up?
Does ‘happy hour’, to you, mean taking a nap?
Congratulations - you’ve earned the great privilege of “getting old”.
It happens to all of us, eventually. But does getting old really have to suck? Or is it just different? (Hint: It’s answer two).
This week on Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills are getting real on when they realised they were getting old, what it means to age, and the freedoms and joys that also come along with this process.
For Mills, her aging moment came when her 22-year-old niece told her that she had no idea where the phrase “Not Happy Jan” came from.
But there’s a way to make this process “a privilege that you can honour” and not just something to fear. And it comes from realising it’s not so much “I have to do this” but “I get to do this”.
It’s all about choosing every day, how to show up.

Yep, Lisa Lucas doesn’t care what you think about her.
It’s not because of ego, or that she has a thick skin. It’s not even because she’s so busy kicking ass as a mum and Nurse of the Year.
It’s because she’s learned to love all parts of herself, unconditionally, and is grateful - even for those bits, she didn’t want to own.

Welcome to MJB Seminars: Greatest Hits.
Anyone who’s heard our podcast, would know that we begin every episode with a song. A little ditty. A particularly catchy earworm.
Why? Because it’s fun, and it sticks with you (and hopefully the information does too!)
So, for our 99th episode, we’re kicking back and embracing our motto that “we’re serious about human development, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously”.
We’ve put together a hilarious array of songs from Mitch, Mills, experts, and clients alike - and they’re all from our last 98 episodes.
And just like those game shows, you can vote for who sung it better (Granted… Mitch does hum like 75% of the time. Mills definitely has the upper hand.)
Let us know your fave tune, and which song is your own personal earworm at the moment.
Do you know the reason you’re always saying...
Yes. Okay. No worries. Can do. Too easy. Sure thing. Alright.
Even when you know you should be saying the opposite, these words just seem to kind of… tumble out.
It’s because setting boundaries is all about 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜. And one thing only.
Okay… we’ll give you a hint.
It’s the thing that you have to try and rebuild, every time you cross a line you’ve drawn, or break an agreement you’ve made. It’s why you end up feeling bad.
And it often causes people to confuse kindness with weakness.
Want to know what it is?!?! Then listen to this episode NOW!
Do you want the mindset of a bloody 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡?
Or to learn the secret of how to keep moving forward, even when life just keeps throwing punches at you?
Well, who better to get such life lessons from, than professional boxer and beloved MJB Client, Dennis Hogan. (Yes, that punches line was literal!)
Despite his recent losses (where some might say he was robbed) he’s the kind of guy who turns around and asks:
“𝘼𝙢 𝙄 𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮? 𝙊𝙧 𝙖𝙢 𝙄 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠, 𝙛𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣?”
So if you want to learn how to go after what you want, never give up, and learn from your mistakes, then make sure you tune into this captivating episode of Dorothy and The Dealer.

WRONG.
No matter how hard you try you will NEVER be able to negotiate with emotions. But you can 𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗧 past them and solve your 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒎𝒔.
That’s right, in today’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, we’re going to teach you how to transform your mindset so you can sort out your emotions!
Time to get listening! And make sure you don’t fall victim to this again.
Have you ever eaten a chocolate bar and felt sick or numb rather than on a sugar high?
Or seen all these documentaries lately (cough Seaspiracy cough) and wondered how YOU can cultivate a better earth?
Well, what if we told you that these two ideas are actually 𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒆𝒅?
We can’t give too much away, but it has everything to do with how nature translates information and energy to us. And we’ve got the leading man on the subject (𝑠𝑒𝑒 𝑑𝑒𝑓𝑖𝑛𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛: Permaculture) Darren Hey on TODAY’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer.

“The only 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒍 you have is how you are going to 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩 today”.
This week’s special Dorothy and the Dealer guest, Celine Egan, lives by this motto and ironically it was put to the test in this very episode, when the universe decided to deliver its fair share of technical difficulties
A leader, personal development junkie, keen student, incredible teacher, and kind-hearted human, Celine isn’t the sort of person to let a little disrupted internet connection stand in her way though.
In fact, she’s the sort of person who let’s NOTHING stop her.
Celine first stumbled upon the MJB way when her husband Michael wanted to do some personal development, and our name was dropped as one that “wouldn’t scare him away” Since then though, it’s grown into a self-confessed ‘love affair’.
For Celine, knowledge is like breathing. As she puts it: “From the moment you are born to the moment you die, it is a journey of learning. When you get to the point where you think you have learnt it all, life throws curveballs your way.”
So tune in to find out some of the best bits along her journey, including:
As Celine says - we are all pebbles in the pond of life. The question is are you going to keep creating waves for others. So listen in, because who knows - this might be the pebble that starts the ripple of inspiration in you!
The opposite of addiction isn’t sobriety, it's connection.
Read. That. Again.
Everyone has their addiction in life. And if we are being honest with ourselves they all start from one place - connection - and the feelings we have as we try to chase it.
That’s why on this week’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills deal with the root of the problem - the mindset that leads us to this place.
Want to know more?
Let’s break it down:
So when you start to get into your feelings sometimes (just like that Drake song) remember that it’s okay. So long as you don’t feed into it and stay there.
Find the connection you seek. And go after it.
Is there honestly anything cooler than calling Mr Brightside the “Bohemian Rhapsody” of the millennial generation?
That’s the kind of authenticity and vibe that just flows from our beloved client and today’s special Dorothy and the Dealer guest, Kimberley Wenya.
A manifestation and mindset mentor, Kimberley is focused on empowering young women to not just live their dream lives, but create them through understanding duality, universal laws, energetics and vibration.
A qualified osteopath, Kimberley combines science and mindset to achieve her results, and first met us back at Master Mind and Money. Now she’s running her business (and absolutely s.l.a.y.i.n.g. it might we add) and is continuing to grow and transform as part of our business coaching program - Evolve.
Listen in to hear about how she manifested her dream Tesla, job, and home! And here’s the best bit - she’s the first to say that you can do it too!
All you have to do is start asking yourself: “What is going to move that needle forward today?”
So, if you want to see superior results in your life, want to stop settling, are eager to see how the universe has your back, or just can’t quite wrap your head around what this crazy ‘manifestation’ thing is - then THIS is the podcast for you.
WANT TO KNOW THE SECRET TO WHY YOU’RE NOT SUCCEEDING
Are you the sort of person who makes plans to do something but 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 follows through?
Or starts a challenge but slowly 𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐒 𝐔𝐏 on it somewhere around the halfway mark?
What if we told you there’s a secret to why fads like this fail…
In today’s episode of Dorothy and The Dealer, Mitch and Mills delve into why you shouldn’t follow fads, but 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 (thanks @DrJohnDemartini for that inspiring line).
So what’re the key takeaways to help 𝐘𝐎𝐔 succeed (without giving too much away):
So don’t waste any more time. Get clear on your priorities. And balance the pluses and minuses of your life today.
Take it step-by-step and give this episode a listen.
𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐧𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭.
Sometimes you’re lucky enough to meet people whose story just blows you away. And that’s exactly the case with this week’s Dorothy and the Dealer special guest, Damien Mander. A rascal to rescuer, trust us when we say we waited a year to speak to him - and this is one podcast you 𝐃𝐎𝐍’𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒.
The founder and CEO of the International Anti Poaching Foundation (IAPF), Damien’s life has taken him all over Australia and the world. From his birth in Melbourne to joining the navy and training in Sydney, all the way to serving as a sniper in war-torn countries in the Middle East and now creating and running the only network of nature reserves in the world to be protected by women.
But it’s his humble attitude to seize the opportunities he’s been given over the years and his ability to put his ego aside that makes his story a must-listen.
Just 19 when he left to go to the military, he was desperate to become a navy diver. And one of the hardest challenges he faced was the acceptance test. “There are very few things that will strip you bare to your soul and make you understand who you are as a person… It’s 80% mental and 20% physical. I remember passing that and thinking anything is possible.”
But it wasn’t until years later when he left the military that Damien knew he needed to get his “s*!t together, and so in 2009, after spending time working with rangers and witnessing harrowing encounters with injured wildlife, he created the International Anti Poaching Foundation, which has helped increase wildlife numbers by nearly 400% and brings the same amount of money go into communities in 34 days that trophy hunting does in a year.
“Seeing an elephant with its face cut off, for something you can hold in your hand. You’re either part of the problem or part of the solution… Every day I am conscious about thinking ‘how can I do a little bit better today than yesterday?’”
So, what’s his secret to living a good life you ask then? How can 𝐖𝐄 actually make a difference? Well, it boils down to 𝐞𝐠𝐨. And if you listen in you’ll find that by doing less we can actually do more.
Are you more a TACTICS person, or a STRATEGY type of guy or gal?
We play a lot of game’s here at MJB, and over the years we’d like to think that we’ve come up with some pretty good wisdom about how to secure a winning hand. So in today’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer we are diving into how to win at the Game of Life.
On the one hand, you’ve got tactics.
Like in Monopoly, when you work your way across the board as you build up your bank. $100 from a chance card here, a few spare dollars under free parking, another lap around Go for $200. You HUSTLE, finding an idea to get you as far as you can go.
But on the other side, you’ve got a strategy or systems.
This is where you develop a long-term plan that works around limitations that might pop up. So as that Scottie Dog races around you’re thinking which properties are most landed on, and which will give you the best return on investment. You have a big picture, one that looks ahead 20, 30, or 50, more laps around the board.
So which one are you?
Because when it boils down to it, money is just a game. And the way we play games is a direct reflection of how we play the game of life.
If you get frustrated and annoyed in poker that’s the way you react to real-world struggles. If you play it safe in Yahtzee, you might never end up being brave enough to take leaps in life.
Listen in to find out how YOU play. And then make sure you test out your skills in our upcoming challenge - The Money Game.
“You never get to the end. You are always working on yourself.”
If you know personal development, then you get this.
These wise words come from this week’s Dorothy and the Dealer special guests Dean and Anna Murphy, whose dulcet tones our Melbourne tribe might recognise from their morning commute to work.
The radio duo jumped in the deep end with MJB a few years back and have never looked back, using what they learnt in our seminars to find their “why” and actively seek out their highest values.
From designing a podcast that will delve into how celebrities overcome their struggles, to doing stand-up comedy and hustling away at their radio gig, the work truly NEVER stops.
But it’s their ability to speak openly and honestly about what REAL development takes that inspires us.
“The more you suppress stuff, the more it starts expressing because it needs to come out. The ones with the strongest voices against something are the pines that have the most to hide. They hide what is going on in private... Don’t waste time not living your authentic life.”
So, whether you need a smile brought to your face, or a swift kick into gear, the Murphy’s story is for you!
Guess who’s back...
Back again…. M&M are back... Tell a friend! Well, okay, not that Eminem... Yes, after our historic first-ever break from Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills have returned and are just bursting with inspiration for what 2021 will bring! After soaking up the sun on Rottnest with the family during the holidays, Mitch (who got a little more burnt than tanned in our honest opinion 😅) is ready to dive into parenting, perspective, and practicing his own teachings within business. So, is this episode for me? Well... - Ever spent THREE hours telling kids not to touch something you just cleaned? - Want to know what it’s like to plan a 50th birthday party? - Have you had big stress and wondered how to use this to move forward? - Do you subconsciously sabotage things (are your actions aligned with your values)? - Are you looking to move your company to where you want it to be? - Do you know how to put the right system in place for you? There’s a lot of cliches in there too… something about wheels falling off the wagon. So if that’s your jam too, then make sure you tune in today on Apple, Stitcher, or Youtube. Let us know if there’s any topics or guests you want us to speak about coming up. And as always - Live Life Inspired!
Do you have a moody teenager?
Likes to sleep all the time. Grumbles at the slightest mention of their name. Never wants to be seen out with you. Oh, how we could go on and on…
Well, in today’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, expert neuroscientist (and one of our favourite guests) Dr. Jared Horvath is back! And he’s breaking down how teen brains are designed to push boundaries, and why this rebellion actually means that they TRUST you.
Yes, you read that right. Now, stick with us!
It starts with the prefrontal cortex, the bit of the brain that helps control the rest of it. When you start becoming an adult, the way it works out how to do its job is by “shutting things off”.
Like, mood. Engagement. Communication.
Sounding familiar?
But it also has to learn it’s edges - how far it can push things. It’s actually imperative. And that’s where the love for parents comes in. Don’t believe us? You’ll just have to listen to find out.
For everyone who doesn’t have kids, there’s also an incredible game you can get involved in - that will teach you just how easy our brains can make things up.
Last Christmas, I gave you my heart but the very next day you gave it away, this year to save me from tears, I’m listening to the new Dorothy and the Dealer podcast.
Yes, it’s that time again folks - when Mitch and Mills put on their Santa hats and dive into the world of festive family fun.
Now, it might be the favourite time of year for some of us (Ummm… MITCH), but for others dealing with loved ones you don’t really love can be, well, HARD.
It’s important to remember a few simple tips to keep your calm during the holiday season and stop tempers from flaring up at the dinner table.
Set boundaries. If you don’t want to discuss a topic, let your family member know that it is off-limits.
Take time for yourself. Give yourself the morning for some peace and quiet, before heading around to Christmas lunch.
Create space for yourself when things get hairy. Go walk the dog or head outside for some backyard cricket with the kids.
Be mindful. Just because people are teachers or doctors in their everyday life - it does not mean they are trying to lecture you. Listen with an open heart and mind.
But what about those among us that don’t even have the option to see friends and family because of lockdowns?
Try finding connections in new ways. In understanding and appreciating that you don’t have to hold someone or look them in the eye to tell them you love them. In using technology to bridge the distance between you all. Or it could just be in realising the ones you love are always around you - just in a different way, shape, or form.
Let us know if you’ll be implementing any of these ideas this Christmas!
Could you imagine living apart from your partner and family for an ENTIRE year?
Well, that’s what life has been like for the Meyburghs, with the married couple and their two kids split between south-west WA and South Africa.
On this week’s eye-opening episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills chat to beloved MJB clients, Michele and Alan, about when they first started down the personal development path and how they have handled a tough 2020 on different continents.
Having had their eyes opened to their own prejudices and perceptions, Michele and Alan really got to put what they learned in our MJB seminars to the test though, when this year lockdown’s and coronavirus sent their world into chaos.
Michele and the kids had flown out to South Africa at the beginning of the year, while Alan was working on a commissioned art installation. But just a few weeks before he was due to fly out to see them the borders were closed, flights were cancelled, and lockdowns put in place.
Although the initial days were HARD on everyone, the couple learned not only how to survive but THRIVE during this absence.
They discovered how to:
Enhance every moment of their lives, even the unpleasant ones.
Be present and enjoy what you are doing now.
Shift their mindset instead of trying to “fix things”.
Be selfish enough to take care of themselves, so they can take care of others.
You really have to hear this incredibly resilient couple’s story for yourself!
What are YOU teaching your kids?
Whether we know it or not, we’re constantly educating our children about how to act through both our conscious and subconscious actions.
When Dad always drives, or mum always cooks. 🍲 Every time we engage our kids in play-wrestling or tickling and they yell “stop”. Each opportunity we give them to stand up for themselves and share their voice instead of yelling at them.
In this episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills dive deep into this idea of parenting and perception, and why we should never subordinate to others, regardless of gender, so that our kids can learn to do the same.
Because when we are taught to subordinate to others, we start to do this in all areas of our lives. With lawyers, banks, shop owners, and police officers.
Remember:
The universe is your greatest guide - we are at our best when we connect its calling to our highest values.
We need to take responsibility for our desires for approval - no one is making us feel this way but us.
Sometimes kids aren’t giving us a hard time, they’re simply having a hard time.
So do you want to help your kids handle themselves both physically and emotionally? Then make sure you tune in to today’s episode’s to find out how!
Did you sleep well last night?
It’s a fundamental part of our lives and yet good, restful sleep is something that eludes a lot of us, right?!
I mean, how common is it to whinge to your work buddy in the morning (as you chug your first of seven coffees) about how you tossed and turned all night, got woken up early by a screaming child, or had to hit your snoring partner at least a dozen times before they FINALLY rolled over?
Never fear though, because this week’s Dorothy and the Dealer episode is delivering you the absolute KEY to a good night’s rest, and it comes from The Sleep Doctor himself - Dr Michael Breus!
First up - figure out your chronotype. Mitch is a Lion (but would rather be a Bear) and Mills is a Bear (but has the heart of a Wolf). No idea what I’m on about? Well, here’s a breakdown:
Lion (Early birds)
Bear (People in the middle)
Wolves (Night owls)
Dolphin (Not great sleepers / Insomniacs)
Funnily enough, these chronotypes can actually tell you when to go to bed, how long to sleep, what time to stop drinking coffee and a whole load of other helpful hints. And it’s hard not to get the whole family in on it (trust us - everyone in the MJB office ended up taking the quiz).
Other tips include:
Write a gratitude list before bed - to change your mindset and energy.
NEVER use the snooze button.
Quit drinking coffee by 2pm each day.
Try a nappalatte (Trust us, you’ve got to hear this to believe it…)
And remember sleep is a lot like love - the less you look for it the more it starts showing up.
Want to know more about your sleep? Make sure you check out thesleepdoctor.com or head on over to chronoquiz.com to find out whether you’re a lion, bear, dolphin or wolf.
And don’t forget to give the podcast, Sleep Success with Dr. Michael Breus, a listen - he may even answer any questions you have!
Do you have a vision board? Perhaps it’s got Spotify song codes, pressed flower stems, postcards from places you visited, photos of your family, or quotes from your favourite TV show on it? Well, what if we told you that this was the secret to living the life you dreamed about? Find out why in this week’s exciting episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, where Mitch and Mills answer one of the questions we’re asked ALL THE TIME… How do I find and follow what fulfils me? Well, here’s a hint - it has something to do with VISUALISING 👀 what you love. Those things that make you feel alive, awake, aware, connected, inspired, and limitless. Because before you can make progress, you have to SEE how you want your life to be. Attach an image to your dream - whether it’s pinned to a vision board, in a quick Google search, or on printed card you carry in your wallet. DRAW that image to you wherever you go. And you’ll find you're not only more energized and empowered - but it may even help you live longer. So stop letting your job be a barrier between you and your aspirations. And STOP blaming outside forces because you don’t want to look within. Make sure you tune into this one - you won’t be disappointed. And then let us see YOUR visions for a kickass future. New podcast episodes each and every Sunday.
Sometimes the universe really does conspire to get you in the right place at the right time.
And nothing could be truer for this week’s Dorothy and the Dealer guest, and our good friend and client, Liz Anderson.
At a relaxing yoga retreat, right around the time she was having BIG difficulties in her life, she bumped into Mitch’s wife Ange and our MJB heart-ninja Querida, which set her on her transformational journey.
With her marriage “hanging by a thread”, MJB seemed like the perfect answer, and just a few hours into her first day at Master Mind and Money in Melbourne, she knew she’d made “the best decision of my life”.
“Every single thing you guys said was talking directly to me.”
Unpacking her story wasn’t an easy task though. From a mum who passed away when she was just six years old and a father who remarried multiple times. To step-mums who inflicted perceived mental abuse and getting into her own marriage with hardships at only 20.
Her life became about simply SURVIVING, rather than LIVING.
Feeling like she had to achieve something.
Always thinking the rug was going to get pulled out from underneath her.
Putting herself in positions where she could spend the rest of her life trying to get back what she already had.
But after realising the burden she had been carrying (and having the freedom to put it down), her life really felt like it was coming together.
And now? Well, you’ll just have to tune in to find out how successful she is! (Hint: She’s opening a fourth shop during a pandemic… )
Have you ever felt like you’re misunderstood in your relationship? Like the other person just doesn’t get how you feel?
Would you believe, even Mitch has fallen into this trap? Of getting annoyed and frustrated, thinking a partner should just “know” what it is that’s going on inside your head.
Yep, even someone like Mitch, who literally helps people with their own relationships for a living, doesn’t always get it right. That’s because growth is a circle - it never stops.
So, this week our dynamic MJB duo are delving deep into people’s personal relationships in a thought-provoking new episode of Dorothy and the Dealer. Because at the end of the day - whether it’s the unrealistic expectations we place on each other, the roles we find ourselves playing, or understanding what traits you bring to the partnership - we all have something we can continue to work on.
Remember these helpful hints next time you see red:
The simplest little things allow us to connect. Take the time to notice your partner!
Don’t get caught up in expectations, listen and learn what someone actually needs.
When you treat someone like they are worthy and loved, they feel that and will blossom.
Setting boundaries helps others know what hurts you. Don’t overstep and if you do - acknowledge that.

Can you believe it’s been 27 years since Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus was first published? And yet even in today’s online (and locked-down) dating world, it’s still as relevant as ever.
People want passion, intimacy and connection. We want the honeymoon period to never end. And we want to know the trick to not just getting a partner, but keeping one.
Well never fear, all this and more is covered in this week’s entertaining and enlightening Dorothy and the Dealer podcast, which features the lovely Dr. John Gray delivering hilarious highlights, such as:
- Why you should share experiences and use uncomfortable pauses to really connect with women (Don’t ever make her wrong - just push little buttons)
No matter who your ideal partner is - the main thing is to develop compatibility and find what makes you relaxed and authentic around them. Bond in both heart AND mind.

Have you ever been scrolling through Facebook and come across an ad for something you’ve literally JUST been talking about?
Do you find it hard to ignore that little buzz when you’ve got a tantalizing new notification waiting on your phone?
Or maybe your kids kick and scream every time you try to take their iPad’s off them - begging for just “five more minutes” of Minecraft videos.
Well, this week on Dorothy and The Dealer we’re diving deep into the tricky world of social media and just how easily (and unknowingly) technology is taking over our lives.
Listen in to heart Mitch and Mills touch base on everything from Netflix to Disney films, and even artificial intelligence, as they question just how many of us have control over our OWN use of social media.
Get ready for eye-opening questions, like:
Do corporations lose their ethics and ability to police themselves the bigger they get?
Are you aware that if you aren’t paying for a product then you (your data, movements, actions, time and money) ARE the product?
Think of your phone like a supermarket. Everything on there is created and cultivated to GET YOU TO BUY. The longer you stay online, the more data you give over and the more chance there is of you purchasing something.
So how do you fight against this? Is it through schedules, turning off notifications or being aware of its biases? Tune in to find out!

You can often find her excavating ancient pyramid sites in Bosnia, or doting on her little girl. But that’s just the everyday stuff.
Because one thing we can guarantee you - is you’ve never heard a story quite like Sam’s.
Having dealt with childhood sexual abuse, and the shocking mental and physical scars that came from that, Sam has since transformed her life and become a philosopher, adventurer and teacher, who helps others realise that their history does not need to destroy their destiny.
So tune in to this week’s Dorothy and the Dealer episode to learn how Mitch and Mills helped Sam break through her barriers. As well as other tidbits, like:
Why Sam disliked Mitch from the get go.
How she stopped covering her history with a ‘bandaid’, and put an end to letting her story run her life.
Why transforming her perspective allowed her to create lasting relationships with her parents
How you can stop spending your life “pissed off and pretending”
Don’t let your history become a cloak that taints your outlook on life, colours your perception and weighs you down. Be brave enough to pull it off, like Sam, and finally see all the incredible opportunities surrounding you.
Don't let what runs you ruin you!
And don’t miss this incredible story. Listen in now!
Save the whales! End world poverty! Stop the trafficking of children!
We’ve all heard the calls to action. And felt the pull to do ‘something’ great in the world.
But what if we told you setting yourself up with unrealistic expectations like this will only lead to disappointment? That what you really need to be doing is seeking Inspired Action instead!
Well, this week Mitch and Mills are diving deep into not only WHAT Inspired Action is, but HOW to recognise when we are seeking it, on a physiological level.
Start by asking yourself three simple questions:
What is the last thing you did that made you feel inspired?
What is the last thing you did that made you feel connected?
What is the last thing you did that aligned with your values?
Because once you’ve identified what inspires you, it’s easier to look past all the distractions out there. And build more of these actions into your day.
So what sort of feelings should you be on the lookout for, to let you know you’re on the right path? A sense of:
Selflessness (What you are doing helps you form connection)
Timelessness (Being present and in the moment)
Effortlessness (It doesn’t drain you, but fills up your cup)
Richness (You feel accomplished after it is done)
Just remember - Inspired action doesn’t have to be BIG. And it doesn’t have to be linked to your career. It can be the smallest thing in the world - like going for a bike ride or playing with your kids. So long as you plug in, and be present.
Are you someone who’s fearful of external factors like viruses?
Or perhaps you’re the type of person who lets the outside world run your life?
Well, we have the podcast for you!
This week’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, featuring none other than human development master Dr. John Demartini, cuts through all the noise and delivers the facts (with some awesome science backing) about how we can control our bodies AND minds, by focusing on our highest priority tasks.
So get your thinking caps on (and your dictionaries out - there’s going to be some BIG words coming), to find out about:
The science behind how viruses affect us and why they are actually “neither good nor bad”.
Why you should ALWAYS be asking yourself: “What is the highest priority action I can take right now?”
How living by your highest values allows you to stop judging and fill your voids.
The science behind the two fears we live by - the perception of loss of what you seek and the fear of gain of what you’re trying to avoid.
How Epigenetics is a feedback mechanism to guide us to live authentically.
Dr Demartini, who’s experience has seen him help everyone from Wall Street financiers to Sporting superstars, breaks it down to three key points we should be focusing on:
Our PERCEPTIONS
Our DECISIONS
Our ACTIONS
So start empowering yourself right now, and give this podcast a listen!
Hands up anyone who’s looking for or has already sought out a human development coach. Be honest, what was the first thing you looked for…
Was it someone you’d get along with?
Well, on today’s ripping new episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills explain why that is the WORST idea for true transformation. And how the fundamental rule you should be following is to find someone who CHALLENGES you, not just supports you.
Get. A. Coach. That. Kicks. Your. Ass.
Good coaches grab your hand and walk you through things. But GREAT coaches push you to do it yourself.
They won’t care about being liked, they’ll care about your journey’s success.
And they aren’t afraid to be authentic and share their own story.
Building someone’s self-worth takes time, experience, and the strength to keep someone accountable.
Take Dan Pena, the trillion-dollar man. Even MITCH had to take a break from listening to him because he’s so ruthless. But his success grows, because he believes in people.
And above all, a great coach accepts that they can only get you so far - that’s why they are always educating themselves too.

Ever wondered how you could turn $400 of savings a month into $1,400 a week?
Well, that’s exactly what this week’s Dorothy and the Dealer guest, and beloved client, Rachelle Lewis did after discovering the MJB wealth principles.
Having attended a Master Mind and Money seminar back in 2017, she set her mind on saving $400 a month. Now, just three years later, she’s pocketing over three times that EVERY WEEK.
So how did she do it? And what are her top tips for everyone looking to do the same?
Listen in to hear her fantastic stories about:
Making the hard decisions (Like what you ACTUALLY need to live comfortably).
Realising you don’t question things because you don’t know HOW to.
Evolving your relationships, so you are surrounded by people who understand your values and journey
Why we try to fill a hole within us with things from the outside world
Why you shouldn’t follow other people’s dreams about anything from having children to owning a house.
It’s been an incredible transformation for Rachelle, who has seen her wealth grow, alongside pay rises and promotions. Little shifts can take you a long way.
She even calls it her ‘superpower’ - getting to help people with their own money systems now and get back to what they love and value.
Focus on the vision and let the money take care of itself.
And like Rachelle says: The future of Australia will be bright, even if we’ve got a tough few years ahead.

Are you concerned about what you’re hearing in the media? About children being trafficked? And seemingly never-ending lockdowns?
Stop.
Our latest thought-provoking episode of Dorothy and the Dealer is here to show you why you need to stop polarising your views, start thinking about perception, and instead focus your energy on fulfilling your highest value!
Listen to Mitch and Mills drop insight after insight about:
So what is in our control?
Perception
Decisions
Actions
And how can you achieve this? Simply by becoming so full of your mission and purpose that your focus won’t waver to outside influence. Always seek high priority tasks and take responsibility for your role, values and inspiration.
Because “the only thing we can do is be the best version of ourselves.”
Remember - Whoever has perception is the one that is in charge of having the power to do something about it.
Perception is where the power lies - so seek the power!
What four key things do billionaires do each day to make them successful? (hint: It’s all about DISCOMFORT)
YOU simply must listen to today’s podcast featuring famed co-author of Chicken Soup For The Soul, Jack Canfield to find out!
He’s got plenty to tell you, especially about his favourite success principles, like:
Taking responsibility
Creating measurable goals
Perseverance! Perseverance! And Perseverance!
And if that wasn’t enough, get ready to also hear some awesome behind-the-scenes stories about:
Take back the key to your reality.
It’s Sunday, so that can only mean one thing people! It’s time to head further into the fray with Mitch and Mills on another episode of Dorothy and the Dealer.
This week the dynamic duo are admitting their responsibility to talk about tough subjects and why AWARENESS is the answer to living an inspired life!!
So, how are we meant to see things like the pandemic, the media, and issues in America?
Well, it all depends on your ability to wake your conscious mind.
Don’t get angry or distracted by the issue. When you think something is positive/negative you’re causing lopsidedness and perpetuating the issue.
Discuss things! If you aren’t discussing it, then it has control over you.
Focus on your path. It’s not your job to deal with it.
Navigate issues from the inside out - realise the biases, agendas and subconscious perceptions influencing us.
Question the narrative! Don’t assume everyone’s intentions align with yours.
Remember, whenever something is trying to take you away from the essence and nature of who you are it is something to question. So take back the key to your reality.
Awareness is our responsibility.
Standing tall, standing out
We’re back with another electric episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, and this week Mitch and Mills are speaking with client (and hopefully soon to be Guinness World Record holder) Caroline Arthur.
Having struggled for years with her purpose, Caroline felt like she’d lost herself to marriage and motherhood. Because her mum was a ‘successful’ housewife, she’d tried for years to fit that same puzzle piece to her own life.
After a serious health scare though, Caroline ended up transforming her life, learning:
An understanding and love for herself
The knowledge to fill her cup first so she has something to give
A killer mission statement to work towards
The understanding that we don’t have just one purpose!
For Caroline, shifting her perspective felt like she had “changed the colour of things”. There was no more blame. No more trying to know all the answers. And no more feeling like she had to be perfect.
And then came the good stuff. A travel business. A trip to Japan. And even the chance to turn her long legs she once felt embarrassed by - into world record holders.
So don’t miss this awesome story and remember there are new Podcast episodes each and every Sunday.
“Music and rhythm find their way into the secret places of the soul”
Another week, another exciting episode of Dorothy and the Dealer!
And this Sunday we’re headed down the rabbit hole with Mitch and Mills, as they speak about the emergence of electronic rave music in the eighties and nineties.
So what is it about this music (and a sick beat in particular) that makes us feel so good?
Well, it brings us:
Community
Camaraderie
Connection
For Mitch, everything he does in life now is impacted by his rave days. How he thinks, talks to people, and looks at the world with an open mind.
Music allows us to live in the moment, and love others around us.
So, release your inhibitions, pop those headphones in, give this episode a listen and reminisce about the days when to find a killer party you had to follow directions on a secret flyer! Oh, and make sure you let us know your favourite rave song in the comments!

In this week’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills chat to psychologist, author and Crappy to Happy creator, Cass Dunn, about her definition of real happiness and how to stop running away from it.
Happiness can be hard to find and even harder to hold onto, but what if we told you all you had to do was live your life in a way that aligns with your values?
Recognize the biggest blocks to happiness, and stop giving them so much power.
Perfectionism
People pleasing
Self-doubt
Criticism
Fear
We all want quick wins, but happiness exists in lasting fulfilment. And kindness and compassion for yourself along your journey there.
Realise it’s okay that happiness is transient and momentary.
Lean into the discomfort because what is worthwhile is on the other side.
Understand you have the resilience to get through unpleasant feelings for better ones.
Trust your gut, set boundaries and don’t be afraid to EXPLORE, DIG, and EXCAVATE your way there!
"Steady as she goes, Steady as she grows"

Don't ignore your practices
Keep a clear and poised eye on your outcome

“Another Level, Another Devil" Welcome back to another episode of Dorothy and the Dealer. Who hasn't dreamed, at least once in their life, about taking a pair of scissors to their shiny credit card? Well, for this week's special guest and much-loved MJB client, Chani Thompson, that proverbial chopping block was just the start of her incredible transformation. 'Dragged' along to the Master Mind and Money seminar seven years ago by her now-husband Matt (legend), Chani was $12,000 in debt, embarrassed, and what she likes to call "broke AF". Struggling with low self-worth and self-sabotage, Chani felt desperate, despite having the dream job as a registered nurse and a great partner at home. (Remember: Self Worth and Net Worth are intrinsically linked!) Fast forward to the current day though, and not only is she a successful professional network marketer and founder of Babes in Business and the Healthy Emporium, but Chani is helping thousands of women all over the world take back control of their lives. So, how did she do it? * Implementing Master Mind and Money wealth principles to be organised and committed to living the inspired life she knew she deserved. * Signing a contract with herself and being disciplined to see it through. * Realising our biggest struggles can become what we help others with (Educate, inspire, and entertain - with no agenda.) So make sure you check out Chani's story to hear just how shiny her future really is now.

“The precursor for transformation is chaos. Change is happening!”
Okay.....so we’re pretty confident your vision board didn’t quite reflect what’s going on in the world right now, which begs the question ‘what the heck is happening with 2020?’
In this week’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, the guys give their perspectives on what’s going on with this crazy little planet we call home.
Get ready to delve deep and discover
Why we should all be mindful not to let ourselves get swept up in external events to the extent that we forget to look within.
How the chaos we’re witnessing across the globe right now, is in fact part of the transformation we’ve been seeking; the dawning of a new Light Age, predicted by Ancient Civilisations for centuries.
The problem with labelling people and picking a particular side and the effect that viewing something from only one perspective has on our ability to see the truth.
Quantum Entanglement Theory - Why it’s so important we remember, we are not separate to other people, and by creating separation ‘out there’, we are also simultaneously creating separation on the inside.
Divide and conquer. The importance of staying united. When we see ourselves as separate to others and not as a whole we quickly give away our power. “When spiders unite they can tie down a lion” African Proverb
Why media distraction techniques and bias needs to be understood and considered when digesting facts and information, and how shining a light on certain events that fit a particular narrative only serves to deepen perceived divides.
The importance of staying focused on your own vision and mission, especially during times of uncertainty and chaos.
How fear plays a crucial role in the events we are seeing unfolding, and why an overriding fear of death hinders us from gaining a true understanding of our own divinity.
Don’t forget we have a new episode every Sunday.
In this week’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch and Mills turn the Spotlight on a much-loved client and longstanding member of the MJB tribe, Renee Brown.
From attending our ‘Relationships and You’ seminar over a decade ago, to her current role as Master Equilibrator at MJB; it’s been an amazing journey so far and we’re beyond excited to share with you Rennee’s story and hear her inspiring thoughts surrounding becoming a mum and parenthood.
Parents you DO NOT want to miss this episode!!
Tune in to discover...
How a recommendation from her sister started Renee’s journey and put her on the path to becoming an integral part of the MJB tribe.
How her own personal experiences and struggles trying to conceive her first child, provided her with the amazing lesson of finding the love for herself....with or without children.
Why we all have preconceived ideas of what parenthood will look like, and how the pressures of being the unattainable “perfect parent” can lead to unnecessary emotions that do not serve us, or our family ... SPOILER ALERT the perfect parent doesn’t exist (and that’s okay).
The importance of being aware that our own journey is just that, OUR journey, and not that of our children; and why we need to be aware and careful not to transfer our own fears and desires onto our children.
Remember...
“Our kids aren’t the easel on which we can paint our perfect lives” Mills
Don’t forget we have a new episode every Sunday.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
The truth is when we are young, we don’t really know exactly what we want to be or do with our lives.
Nevertheless, at some stage we have that aha moment, an epiphany when the penny drops and we know exactly what we were put here on this Earth to do.
In this episode of Dorothy and the Dealer the guys delve deep into our life’s vision and goals and discuss:
The big difference between having a vision and being a visionary.
Why it’s so important that we reverse engineer our vision so that we don’t let these dreams and aspirations create internal resentment and turmoil because we haven’t achieved them yet.
The steps we need to take to overcome daily emotion surrounding our vision, and how to transform the journey from being something that we beat ourselves up over, into a process that inspires us and makes every step just as fulfilling as reaching the goal and vision itself.
Don’t forget we have a new episode every Sunday.

How to stop inevitable rejection from dampening your confidence.
The importance of making peace with the fact that not everyone is going to like you. #sorry

Confidence or competence? How your top values play a vital role in affecting your confidence levels, and why lacking confidence in one area of your life, does not mean you are not a confident person.
AWESOME (awesomer) PART...Learn a super-effective MJB technique to help build your and your children’s confidence and achieve a clearer perspective on who you really are, and what you bring to the table.
How to navigate the hugely important role of developing your child’s confidence, including tackling the important, yet somewhat confronting task of learning to separate your own values, from those of your children.
What Mitch did to overcome his own self-confidence issues surrounding talking on stage, back when he first started many, many (...many ) moons ago.
If you know someone who struggles with confidence please don’t be shy and share, we’re CONFIDENT they’ll appreciate it!

You may have to listen carefully, as you are about to hear exactly what happens when two Irishmen are having a conversation... we apologise now if you can't understand a thing they say If you are struggling, feel free to slow the speed down on your device.
When Dennis discovered the Law of Attraction fairly early on in his career, he quickly knew there was definitely something in the notion that you could internally influence your external reality.
But like many people who rely on manifestation and the Law of Attraction alone, Dennis continued to rise to the top, only to be faced with the exact same circumstances, setbacks and challenges that were stopping him from finally realising his vision.
Knowing that something must be going on on a subconscious level, it was divine timing that Dennis was tagged by a friend in our video “Bridging the Gap” online.
From there Dennis’s journey with MJB began and after completing a number of our seminars Dennis has continued to work with Mitch as a personal client, and it has been a privilege for us to work with Dennis in his quest for the World Title.
Tune in to this episode for a fantastic insight into this incredible sportsman’s journey and discover....
Why it is so important to learn to handle your mindset, money and life itself.
How shifting his innermost dominating thought allowed Dennis to achieve a calmer mindset, free from the anxiety and self-sabotaging stories he had been telling himself for far too long.
Discover how our Master Mind and Money seminar enabled him to take control of his wealth, pay off his debts and propel him to the financial position he is in today.

A world-renowned counsellor, lecturer and all-round relationship demigod, Dr Gray’s classic bestseller ‘Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus’ sold over 15 million copies worldwide and was the highest-ranked work of non-fiction of the 1990s spending an impressive 121 weeks on the bestseller list.
We often talk about how our thoughts and mindset affect our reality, but this week we’re about to delve into how our biology also plays a very important factor! 🧬
GET READY to catapult your relationships to the next level as Mitch and Mills discover....
Are men and women really wired that differently?
How does our childhood play a crucial role in shaping our future relationship behaviour and dynamics?
The importance of certain hormonal levels, and how these levels control both our attitude and behaviour.
Why it’s normal for our relationships to often look like a war zone once we feel safe to express ourselves; and most importantly how we can use these situations to help heal unresolved parts of our childhood.
(Sorry ladies turns out they really do need that shed) Find out the real reason men retreat to the “man shed” and why this is so important for them to come back to a place of balance.
BONUS

From long-distance relationships to the effects of technology and social media, get ready because this episode is JAM PACKED with some truly amazing information!
We hope you enjoyed this episode as much as we did.... soooo do what do you think? Are Men from Mars and Women from Venus? Are we really wired THAT differently?
Welcome back to another EXTREMELY thought-provoking episode of Dorothy and the Dealer.
Before we get started the most important thing to note is that although this podcast is about vaccinations, what it’s really about is the importance of education, freedom and choice.
We are certainly not here to tell you that you should or should not vaccinate, but we feel it’s important not back away from this discussion; and for us all to open our eyes and think about the wider implications of human rights, content censorship and the need for informed personal choice.
So sit back, relax and tune in with an open mind to listen to Mitch and Mills discussing.....
The importance of educating ourselves and making informed conscious choices surrounding vaccines.
Why we need to fight for the basic human right to not only make our own choices, but also the right to be allowed to hear opinions and read information on both sides of the debate.
The necessity for more open discussions surrounding vaccines and why we MUST enter these discussions from a place of love and not from a deluded lopsided place of righteousness.
Why the censorship of information by mainstream and social media should really be ringing some alarm bells.
.....Conspiracy theories, mandatory vaccinations, human ID Tagging, behaviour point-scoring, media misdirection ..... get ready guys because this is about to get pretty deep!
At the end of the day, we should all be allowed to ask questions without being labelled as ‘Tin Foil Hat’ wearing conspiracy theorists, and we should certainly not be bullied or frightened to ask questions surrounding vaccinations or any other topic come to that!
We would love to hear your thoughts on this episode ....and remember we really are all on the same side and that’s the one that only wants what’s best for both ourselves and our children.
Are you ready to go down the rabbit hole of “brain stuff”?
In this episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, Mitch & Mills speak with Jared Horvath, an MJB client, educational neuroscientist, professor and author. When we first met Jared in 2016, he was separated from his wife, they were living in different homes and unsure of what was coming next. That’s when she attended one of our seminars and encouraged Jared to attend as well.
Not only did he experience the “moment of absolute clarity” during the equilibration process, but the seminars ended up saving his marriage. He then went on to complete all of our seminars.
Since his time with MJB, Jared has been BUSY! He did a TEDx Talk, “Your Brain, Your Life” and written an incredible book, “Stop Talking, Start Influencing” which breaks down his research in neuroscience on how we learn, in an easy-to-understand way.
Mitch and Jared get a bit carried away with brain-talk but they try to explain it so that everyone can understand!
If you’re curious about what the equilibration process is and what’s going on behind the scenes (a.k.a in your brain!) you NEED to listen to this one.
By the end of this episode, if your mind hasn’t completely blown, do yourself a favour and read Jared’s book, “Stop Talking, Start Influencing.”
Who loved getting geeky with Jared in this episode?

Wow! Hasn’t life changed dramatically over the last month?
In late February 2020, Mitch & Mills travelled to India with our clients for a trip to remember!
In this week’s episode of Dorothy and the Dealer, we will share some of our incredible experiences from our recent trip to India.
Each country that we travel to is very unique in what it delivers, but India always seems to get better with every visit.
If you have yet to visit India and are overwhelmed or curious by its intensity, Mitch & Mill’s share some insight into the mysticism surrounding it.
Although Mitch & Mill’s have both visited India many times, this trip was extra special as this was the first time staying at Diggi Fort. Actually, it was the first time anyone stayed there in 300 years!
Diggi Fort, built by our long-time friend, Nana, who is essentially royalty of Diggi, had recently restored the property after leaving the land vacant for 160 years!
Between the incredible stay at Diggi Fort where we were treated like royalty, inclusive of Moet and fireworks, seeing tigers in Ranthambore, and attending Holi festival in Pushkar, we’re not sure how we will top this trip!
It is said, “the best party of travelling is coming home,” and it is with immense gratitude that we were able to arrive back to Australia safely. We look forward to when we are able to travel again and will be planning the next MJB Adventures trip in the meantime.
Have you visited India? We’d love to hear your experience in the comments!
Make sure to subscribe to our podcast, we release a new episode every Sunday.

Dick is best known for having done over 600 DMT trips (you read that right!) 😲 and for documenting his experiences through his book, “DMT & My Occult Mind: Investigation of Occult Realities using the Spirit Molecule.”
After coming across a documentary on Youtube, he became fascinated by DMT and spent months researching the hallucinogenic drug. 🌀
In what he describes as, “no more difficult than baking a cake,” Dick learned how to extract his own DMT to experiment with.
🎧Listen to Dick share some stories from his vast experience using DMT and how he compares it to other drugs.
We cover a variety of topics, speaking with specialists in every field, to bring you fresh content every week!

We redefine what leads to a diagnosis of ADHD and how our value systems relate to perceived behavioural problems within children.
“Parents impose their own values on top of their child rather than encouraging the kid to live their lives according to their own values, which becomes a spiral of behavioural perceived problems.”
Before turning to prescribed medication to treat ADHD for your children or for yourself, take a listen to this episode.

▶Ginger Gorman is an award-winning social-justice journalist and Author of the hugely insightful book “Troll Hunting”.
▶Having been subject to her own severe ‘predator trolling’ in 2013, Ginger’s die-hard journalistic hunger coupled with an outcry from people experiencing the same life-shattering trolling, gave her all the inspiration she needed to decide that crucial voices were being silenced and that someone needed to step up and be their voice.

In this podcast, the guys take a look...
Why “The Secret” was and remains so appealing to people.
Common misconceptions surrounding the Universal Law of Attraction.
Introducing the Law of Repulsion
