Every time we sneeze someone says, "God bless you!" We don't know for sure how that got started but we've been saying it for thousands of years. So, let's think a little deeper about what it means to bless and how we can do more of it.

We’ve all heard, “No pain, no gain,” and that makes it easy to assume that suffering is essential to living. But, I can’t believe that… So, what is the role of suffering? Is there anything redeeming about it?
