I started the Asking Y Podcast to create a platform for people who want to have an Impact on the World and have meaningful Conversations that move us on a deeper Level, while building a Community where we have each others back.

Don't be afraid to be "selfish" ; Selfish with your time and selfish with your energy.
When we do not take of ourselves we also don't function well in our careers and social life.
As long as there is a balance and you are mindful of your surrounding, focus on things that make you happy and fulfilled.
Afterall, "you can't pour from an empty cup."

Why do I feel stuck?
I remember asking myself this question over and over again but I am glad I did because it led to evaluating myself and my actions and was necessary to make changes in to the right direction.
I hate when you feel like you are "stuck" , but the truth is, we are never really stuck, we just sometimes need help figuring out how to redirect our journey :)

I am glad my amazing friend Marcus asked me this question, because I have been meaning to talk about this.
WHY are you pursuing ACTING? WHY are you an ACTRESS? WHAT is the STORY?
(It has a deeper meaning to me and I am still getting used to sharing my thoughts\ feelings as raw as possible) BUT I am working on that :)
My personal 'WHY' is was harder to put in to words than I thought lol and I am working on bringing you guys a clear explanation when I have sorted out the word and thought throw up that seems to constantly keep running through my mind :D
I believe that a lot of people can find their true passion later on in life by following what sparks their interest and find out what sticks and ignites your passion!
If you haven't read ' Be so good, they can't ignore you' , I highly recommend that book if you want to understand more about finding your passion and going after it.
