A study conducted by The Center for Disease Control estimated that 400,000 people were addicted to Adderall in 2016, and that number surely has risen quite a bit in the last 4 years. My guest today, Audrey Stimpson, knows what this feels like all too well, as a child who was given Adderall to help her focus, and continued using it for 23 years. Audrey has since healed her addiction to Adderall using many different strategies, including EMDR therapy, re-setting her gut through nutrition, and learning to love herself through it all.
