For over 20 years, Yoga has been the focus and passion for Nara. Teaching and sharing yoga has been the joyous and natural extension of her lifestyle.

🙏In 2006, her travels brought her to Sayulita in Mexico, and she knew she'd found the area where the seeds of her vision could take root. In 2009, she opened Paraiso Yoga, and over the years, it has become the vision: a place of nurturing where one can come to practice and study yoga, tai chi, and meditation, among other healing arts, and flower into one’s full potential. She is also a Reiki Master trained in the Usui method.

💫And ventured into the path of shamanism, becoming a mesa carrier of the Q’ero tradition of Peru under the guidance of Maestro Puma Freddy Quispe, and learning from the Wixárika tradition with Marakame Andrés Taizan, working with sacred medicines. These experiences have enriched her practice and teaching, bringing a deeper dimension to her approach to healing and personal growth.

🫶Moreover, she is a Thai Massage Therapist and offer training courses for aspiring massage therapists in this specialty. her studies in Thailand, combined with Vipassana meditation, have profoundly influenced her approach to both healing and teaching.

💫As Paraiso Yoga has deepened and evolved, the natural progression has led her to focus on private classes and teacher training. This shift reflects a commitment to providing personalized guidance and fostering the growth of new instructors within the community.

programs for women who have a calling to get clarity on and live their purpose and
have prosperity and health in all areas of their lives as a natural consequence.
She studies and works in the field of energy healing, holistic healing, and coaching.
She closed her own naturopath practice after ten years to move to Mexico in 2021.
Sylvia was born in Ravensburg, a small town in the south of Germany, in 1967.
Having been a shy and introverted child, she changed to a rebellious teenager and later to a searching adult, knowing that there is so much more possible than this reality is telling us.
Being an empath and highly aware of other people’s energy field, she learnt in
various modalities to cultivate and train these abilities to no longer be the effect of it
but instead use it to her advantage. This is what she is teaching her clients as well.
Her passion is to help create a sustainable world in which we can let go of past
collective and personal trauma by acknowledging who we really are.

About Our Guest:
Lesley Corte is a gifted psychic visionary, spiritual teacher, artist, and writer. Her strong spiritual and psychic abilities were revealed early in her life during classes with a brilliant psychic named Kitty Massey. She met her main spirit guide at this time and, with his tutelage, began to lead classes herself in spiritual development, meditation, past life regression, channeling, and chakra energizing as well as participating in large psychic fairs. As a deep thinker and seeker, Lesley’s intuitive development began at Sir George Williams University, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She continued into the field of graphic design, using visions that would present themselves to her to create solutions for her work. She then moved into event design, where she executed visions of beauty and excitement for corporate events in high-end hotel ballrooms. Throughout this time, she continued to do psychic readings and lead meditation groups as well as explore her own past lives. The understanding she gained of her own soul’s development and path through history seemed an important discovery that she was propelled to share, resulting in the creation of this book. Today, Lesley enjoys spending part of her year in the tropical country of Panama, living in her beach condo overlooking a palm-tree-lined bay of the Pacific Ocean.

Sally is a Quantum Alignment Coach who helps people heal emotionally and physically when
other methods of healing have failed them. After a near death experience expanded her
natural psychic abilities, Sally discovered that she was able to see energy flow in the body and
easily trace energetic patterns through space and time to the origin of the issue. She then quickly
re-aligns the patterns to the highest good of her clients. Being in alignment allows people to quickly
overcome previously impossible problems and succeed when they have failed in the past.
Sally teaches that by learning to work with your natural sensitivities, instead of resisting them, life
is much more fulfilling and joyful.
