I believe that through our stories we can reconnect, and the MODERATE PARENT podcast will include conversations with many different parents, as well as some solo thoughts of my own for you to ponder. No matter how you see yourselves as parents, this show is for you!

Parenting is hard. I've spent almost 20 years as a parent to 5 unique souls, and even more than that studying and coaching parents and children through community programs. Our need for connection and support as caregivers has sparked my imagination to bring you a new way to fulfill that need through stories and personal thoughts in my Podcast. These episodes will include my conversations with other parents like yourselves, as well as other completely different journeys to your own. I'll also drop some mini SOLO thought episodes that include personal thoughts of my own. No matter how you see yourselves as parents, this show is for you!
