This week we sit down with Rick Bachalo creator of a multi-billion-dollar mortgage asset management framework called Canada ICI Rick has accumulated over 35 years experience on both the equity side and mortgage lending side of the commercial real estate industry in both Canada and the United States, with over 3,500 commercial property valuations in excess of $40 billion. Rick's career started by managing one-third of Great-West Life's U.S. commercial mortgage portfolio (1985 -1990), then transitioning to the Canadian real estate equity side with GWL Realty Advisors, gaining valuable experience in property management, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and asset management (1990 - 1996).
This week we get the honor to chat with Nicky Goulimis the co-founder of Nova Credit, the world’s cross-border consumer reporting agency.
Nicky talks about being a woman in leadership and the difficutlies that came with it. She also breaks down creating a groundbreaking company that has helped so many immigrants develop credit and make immigration and financial health easier.
