Joaynna and Libby sit down and discuss how they are "embracing the suck" in this episode. Our world is shifting and changing minute by minute and being able to sit in the uncomfortable is becoming an essential skill. The girls talk about how they have navigated having hard conversations around social justice in light of the Black Lives Matter movement. How they believe that the beginning of any change is to sit in the uncomfortable and peel back the layers on yourself. Once you can understand what you know and what you don't, only then can you begin to show up with love, compassion, and friendship for those around you.
