Who cares about Main Street?!! Not the American people...like they say they do. And that's fine, if they choose not to. But then, they should end the pretense.
They're fat, overmedicated, drugged up, and fed with copious amounts of fear.
In other words...they're pacified by consumerism, and bad consumption at that.
Moral courage and strength of character are critical to a powerful and dynamic life; we should discern and promote these qualities, and not just judge based on intelligence. Why habits are so important, and ideas for certain ones that you can begin to consider establishing.
A strong moral foundation, a reality-base worldview, and an insistence on freedom and extreme ownership of one's personal life, is the ANTIDOTE to combating the feverish fear that has gripped so many Americans.
Without a foundation of truth, you become easily manipulatable. It explains why Americans lack a true resistance against the overreach of oligarchy and elitist whim.
Do you live your life with deliberation, or do you live your life as a leaf blown about in the wind?
Life is better than ever. Couple that with things like moral relativism, and poisonous narratives of victimhood; and you have a crisis of meaning.
The calls for wealth distribution are not well-intended as they are made to come across. The true motivation is much more basic.
